I appreciate that someone has come up with this system to make it easier for small businesse owners to do more themselves. Initial setup was a little bit confusing, I think I selected a few wrong options but that's more a misunderstanding on my part then an issue with the system. So far so good - only just starting but seems straightforward way to may pos sales into accounts. Customer support was great - to get started can schedule call with engineer for 1:1 zoom introduction and guided session to set up. Allws us to integrate the taking of credit card paymenst as the accounting software so that record keeping is automated and easiy. This has helped us to finalise more sales more often and easily, take a lot more payments and make more sales each month. Amaka's customer support has been extremely helpful to me over the past couple of weeks as I set up a new e-commerce website for a client. Unfortunately Amaka doesn't offer inventory reconciliation as part of the Square-MYOB integration but perhaps it'll be a feature offered in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
