I appreciate that someone has come up with this system to make it easier for small businesse owners to do more themselves. Customer Support is amazing - I have received multiple emails and phone calls from lodging only one ticket, very impressive. **What do you dislike about Amaka?** Initial setup was a little bit confusing, I think I selected a few wrong options but that's more a misunderstanding on my part then an issue with the system. I recommend requesting someone to help you with the setup. **What problems is Amaka solving and how is that benefiting you?** Based on initial setup blunders (on my part) the integartion was not syncing correctly. Customer support was great - to get started can schedule call with engineer for 1:1 zoom introduction and guided session to set up. Marx Castro was great and has scheduled a follow up call in 1 week to check back to see if going well. **What do you dislike about Amaka?** Without the in person support was not exactly clear how to configure for mutiple sales accounts by category - became clea very quickly when guided but would have been quite easy to just press save and miss **What problems is Amaka solving and how is that benefiting you?** automatic feed saves having to do any data entry and ensures data correct ### 3. Their knowledge and helpfulness are a delight for me and they guide me to do the work myself, which helps me understand the integration better. This has helped us to finalise more sales more often and easily, take a lot more payments and make more sales each month. When there was a problem the support was also excellent and they were very knowlegable on resolving even things I had not noticed! **What do you dislike about Amaka?** Haven't really been any with only one transaction hiccup, easily resolved with excellent assistance from their support **What problems is Amaka solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seemless integration of card transactions ### 5. Joyce was able to answer my technical support concerns quickly and got me on my way. **What do you dislike about Amaka?** Unfortunately Amaka doesn't offer inventory reconciliation as part of the Square-MYOB integration but perhaps it'll be a feature offered in the future! **What problems is Amaka solving and how is that benefiting you?** Amaka is helping me seamlessly upload transaction data from Square into MYOB. This means my client no longer has to do these reconciliations by hand, saving him a great deal of time and effort. ### 6. I recently had an issue with my integration, and a support person was able to talk me through the steps I needed to take to remedy the issue. **What do you dislike about Amaka?** It is an additional step to setup, but it is relatively easy. **What problems is Amaka solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seamless integration across two platforms for book-keeping. ### 7. THey new exactly the issue I was having and could provide the solution. Even when speaking about the process of what it would like like in Xero and how potential problems would arise, they had answers and solutions to that too. **What do you dislike about Amaka?** Very little.
