That's exactly what I have with inet's internet service. **What do you dislike about Alpega TMS?** Ping issues one month, then download speed, then can't connect to internet on certain devices. **What problems is Alpega TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** service was amazing. The support team called me each morning to make sure I was ok and all was running as it should, offering support as I navigated my new location. Wouldn't use anyone else. I've been with them for years now, since the beginning and they've always looked after me. ### 2. Users will appreciate the ease of usage and well-organized shipping order details. Login is quick and simple, and support is responsive and supportive to both shippers and carriers. Unlike many other systems, you do not have to change your password on a regular basis. Weekends are often reserved for system updates. **What do you dislike about Alpega TMS?** There was some difficulty in reaching an agreement on contract terms and conditions. It is still offered as a SaaS, with minimal customization options. From a design standpoint, a few user interface displays are outdated. Customization options are quite limited. **What problems is Alpega TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The whole experience has indeed been fantastic. During the software's deployment phase, administrators were extremely helpful. It has helped us to easily transfer all aspects of the ordering process to this platform. It is simple to operate and gives transparency to all parties. Moreover, it minimizes our workload by connecting the firm that makes the delivery with the existing staff that gets it. ### 6.
