Alida has a great interface that it intuitive and easy to use and when I get stuck, my customer success manager is always wiling to jump in and help me, and teach me how to do it next time. Some aspects of panel management--like updating profile variables and navigating nuanced workflows can be challenging and unclear unless you've spent a while troubleshooting. The learning curve is pretty steep but the documentation is often super helpful--it's just a lot. For the premium price point, I'd expect more intuitive UX and expanded support resources.
