I find some glitches in AlgoDocs quite frustrating. For example, despite not processing a single page of a document, the system indicated that all my free trial quotas were exhausted. This was because it falsely claimed that 37 pages had been extracted. Additionally, I encountered issues with labeling across multiple pages where the base layout was not identical to previous pages. These pages were scanned using a mobile smartphone camera, which caused discrepancies in layouts and grids. particular helpful as it seemed pretty complex when first looking at it.

It is so accurate that it unfortunately picks up on all the errors and corrections that I made and had to sign next to as the logbook is an official document.

Companies also know that there software exists therefore more extra work is allocated to staff which is not fair

Took some work to get the extractor set up. I should have taken them up on the 1st one free but wanted to solve the challenge myself.

Some advanced filters didn't have a video/article on how to execute them, but as I said, just contact support!

I do wish that you could select what portion of a page the auto table reader analyzes. I also wish you could do more individual document analysis instead of batch analysis only. AlgoDocs has been a very efficient platform for extracting alphanumeric information and tables from a scanned document, avoiding manual processing, reducing errors and streamlining processes. All this makes it a great help in the workplace, allowing for space for other tasks and with the assurance that all data will be extracted. I always review the data extraction to verify that all the information is correct, but it is also just validating and it saves me time if I were to enter the information manually. AlgoDocs is the AI model which lets you work with documents. The thing I like the most about it that it lets users to do so much operations within the one platform only. Be it the extracting data from the document or extracting hand written notes, it performs all the tasks very effectively with more than 97% accuracy. The website have so many features which aren't present in other platforms like extracting specific information from the document or multiple languages, or even it allow integration with other softwares like Google drive for ease of use. Well every features works great but in the free plan we get only 5$. And when we start using the AI models present on the website, some amount is deducted from that quota. But if you are using this website for commercial use, I highly recommend it as we can easily extract information like invoice, tables, HR documents, financial reports, etc with more than 97% accuracy. Well this is a good data extraction tool can be used & very easy to use to with its super simple UI. Well thought product for my use case. I use it for invoice uploads and extraction for my small business. Implementation-wise too it is a very smooth product to use.
