In automotive there’s already so much stuff to keep track of between parts, drawings, revisions, docs, etc., so I really don’t want the PLM itself making things harder. With Aletiq I can usually just find what I’m looking for pretty quickly without clicking through a million different menus. It’s also easy to see what the latest version is or what changed, which sounds basic but honestly saves a lot of time. It’s just less frustrating to use day to day, which is probably what I appreciate most. **What do you dislike about Aletiq?** Honestly, the biggest issue has been getting some people to change their habits. Aletiq itself is really easy to use, but some colleagues are just used to doing things the old way and can be a bit stubborn about switching. **What problems is Aletiq solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me it helps a lot with keeping changes under control. On the component side, one change can affect suppliers, drawings, validation, manufacturing and a bunch of other people, so it’s easy for things to get messy.
