What I appreciate most about Aletiq is the interface: I find the features easily and the operations are simple. Where it used to take up to 10 clicks before, now it takes me a maximum of 3. This facilitates adoption, even for teams that use the tool only occasionally, and makes people more autonomous. I also appreciate the fluidity of business processes: tasks and forms are directly in the tool, people receive notifications, data is grouped, and changes are reflected in the products. Modification requests are processed faster, making teams more proactive. The synchronization of data between Aletiq and other systems works really well and provides data cross-functionality in our tools. The CAD plugins are easy to use, offer the same interfaces on different software, and have quite advanced features. Drawings are synchronized almost in real-time with the Aletiq repository, allowing everyone to know the latest work. I also appreciate that the Aletiq team retrieved and loaded our historical data: we didn't lose any information when switching to the new tool. They came on-site, trained the teams, and supported us during the first weeks of use. All this saves us time, contributes to the improvement of our products, and makes on-site work more comfortable.

Aletiq is an excellent software for centralizing our CAD, technical documents (specs, calculation notes, reports, etc.), and our bill of materials. This allows all our teams to easily access applicable and up-to-date information without ambiguity. The application is ergonomic and integrates well with our CAD software Solidworks and Inventor, as well as with our ERP Sage, which facilitates daily work.
