That kind of diligence has spared my team numerous hours in terms ofnoutime guessing how to fix specific website problems. **What do you dislike about AlertSite?** Compared to the desktop version, AlertSite is rather limited in its functionality, so it may be challenging to monitor critical alerts outside the office. When it comes to presentations for probably distributed work groups, relying on desktop notification alone may not be effective as some issues may be missed. **What problems is AlertSite solving and how is that benefiting you?** AlertSite has really improved how I monitor the ability of my website to respond positively. Dashboard unavailable at times or sometime lag for minutes cause monitoring team found se slowness. **What problems is AlertSite solving and how is that benefiting you?** AlertSite is used in our organization to monitor our website and web applications at the real time to collect the super important metrics reflecting web page load time but from the user end (E2E) and that approaches helps us to understand what our website are experiencing in real time. ### 7. Tool has very handy and easy UI. We can record URL login as we need and set alert. If error occurred or there's some condition failed while login, it gives alert. We can easily test on demand and find which step having issue and take action as per that. **What do you dislike about AlertSite?** AlertSite many time sends false alarm alert, new Alert addition, password update takes too much time to perform, its complex compared to other monitoring tools present in market like Datadog. But AlertSite support is quick so issues get resolved quickly. **What problems is AlertSite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to set alerting for url monitoring. For some applications we only monitor front oage with it, but most of time we use it to monitor end to end url monitoring means we can set alert to check login page, login to url, check for specified string after login, and logout. To do this we record all the steps and set alert and act on it when one of the step fails. ### 8. I find it very easy to be used and intuitive. For some time they have some 30 days free trial which i strongly recommend if you are now to monitoring or do you want to check all the new stuff SmartBear is providing with this tool. **What do you dislike about AlertSite?** I would have wish for more recording apps. Currently to load your test you would need to download DejaClick and record your steps and after you would need to play it back with smart-bear, but before doing that you would need to upload this to the smart-bear site, which it is kinda complicated. Also it would have been great if smart-bear playing capabilities would not stuck when a new loin key is provided when you do the jumps between api's.
