What I have noticed so far is the fact that AlertSite customers support team is trying to build relationships and go extra mile to make sure we can overcome any occurring issues and they are quick to respond and provide sufficient guidance for implementing efficiently,and fix products issues. Monitoring locations would have issue and cause false positive alerts.

We use AlertSite for end to end Application URL monitoring and Front page URL monitoring. Tool has very handy and easy UI. We can record URL login as we need and set alert. If error occurred or there's some condition failed while login, it gives alert. We can easily test on demand and find which step having issue and take action as per that. I know this product for quite some time, but now it has a new interface, which is more user friendly and also all the old functions packed for performance and usability. I find it very easy to be used and intuitive. For some time they have some 30 days free trial which i strongly recommend if you are now to monitoring or do you want to check all the new stuff SmartBear is providing with this tool. I would have wish for more recording apps. Currently to load your test you would need to download DejaClick and record your steps and after you would need to play it back with smart-bear, but before doing that you would need to upload this to the smart-bear site, which it is kinda complicated. Also it would have been great if smart-bear playing capabilities would not stuck when a new loin key is provided when you do the jumps between api's. In few words I am still not able to log in in one app and jump in another one with the same ssh key and smart-bear to be able to play this recording, it will get stuck because the ssh key will not refresh in smart-bear chrome or firefox.
