Aldea HQ is a community management platform built for organized communities of all kinds. HOAs and condo associations are the largest use case, and the same platform serves homeschool co-ops, clubs, self-managed neighborhoods, and small communities where enterprise tools are overkill. Volunteer boards typically run their community across WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages, spreadsheets, and email chains — where announcements get buried, documents get lost, and history disappears with board turnover. Aldea HQ replaces that sprawl with one platform: a community news feed for announcements (rich text, scheduling, featured posts), a structured digital handbook that keeps rules, policies, and governing documents searchable and current, a priority-based support ticket system with status tracking, and member management with role-based access and a current directory. An admin dashboard ties it together with activity tracking and community health at a glance. Aldea Pay is built into every plan at no extra subscription cost: collect recurring dues, send one-time payment requests for special assessments or events, target charges to specific member subsets, issue full or partial refunds, and send automated reminders to overdue members. Payments run on Stripe; the organization absorbs a 1–1.5% platform fee and members pay exactly the amount set — no surcharge at checkout. Every community gets its own branded subdomain.
