I have used this tool in my leadership consulting business for a number of years. I've looked at other survey platforms and believe this to be the best. I love how user friendly Alchemer is, it takes all of the hard work out of scripting surveys. It was super easy to get set up and running too. Their customer support has been great during the process. We have used the software in the past, when it was called Survey Gizmo and it has since had many more developments and features added.

I would like to have the ability to add additional logos to the survey. An improvement would be to have Alchemer test the product for true accessibility by using a group of people with diverse disabilities. It does everything I need it to do. It's pretty simple to accomplish most everything I need, and I'm able to find good documentation for when I need to do something new. I rarely have to reach out to support to get help. I use it all the time, and it accomplishes everything we need for our specific purpose.

I love the willingnesss to support and get on the phone to walk through configurations. I struggled with some of the complex requirements I needed in order to ensure I could get my survye out and they were very patient and trained me on everything I needed! I design and field about a dozen long surveys every year. They are complicated -- with lots of conditional formatting and piping. The Alchemer UX is very intuitive and overall I'm very pleased with the platform. The reporting is also good (the look/feel of reports has improved in the last few years).

The best thing of all is the customer service. They answer the phones and email messages FAST. I literally just asked a question by email and got a response in about 3 minutes. The only thing about Alchemer I think can be improved -- even though it's not bad -- is the look and feel of surveys from the end-user perspective (i.e., the survey taker).
