What do you like best about Alchemer Survey?

Routing and logic are easy to use and can create complex surveys tailored to different audiences at once. The inbuilt advanced tools like conjoint and max diff are excellent and the ability to integrate this effortlessly using Displayr allows us to create powerful tools for our customers. Alchemer is a mature reliable product, if something is not working the way I want it is always because I made a mistake in setting up logic, not an Alchemer bug. It is very easy to use, even without much experience while still having all of the tools and added features one might need - the interface makes creating surveys and feedback forms intuitive, with helpful hints and guidance, helping create smart, effective feedback tools every time. We use Alchemer to create surveys of our membership to help guide policy and make decisions on what programs to implement. We also use Alchemer to create feedback forms for our website, including our membership application and more. Alchemer makes setting up surveys and feedback forms very easy, saving us much needed time and effort on what would otherwise be herculean tasks. The software enables the programming of both simple and complex scripts, offering various types of questions, cross-quota control, email campaign management, and valuable features such as page randomization, timers, external data insertion, JavaScript usage, webhooks, integration with online panels, result export in multiple formats, and dashboards.
