I have been using Alchemer Survey for about 7 years and have had to program some seriously complicated survey logic. Alchemer has been able to accommodate nearly every scenario I've thrown at it. Additionally, the customer support is top-notch. They're easy to get a hold of, and they know the tool inside and out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't looked at it recently, but the canned report results for the conjoint were inaccurate in the past. I've just exported the raw data and analyzed it in Python to ensure it comes out accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
