"Good enough, but clunky"

3/5

What do you like best about Alchemer Survey?

Alchemer has a robust offline survey mode that is more usable than other survey platforms out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alchemer Survey?

Many of the options in Alchemer can be more streamlined, with better UX. Sometimes options and functions are hidden away in settings or other places. It might be just that I am more used to other platforms, but often I find myself thinking 'this could be a button somewhere else'. Also, one thing is I cannot rename question numbers easily.
