It's pretty expensive. Phone tech support is only available at the middle tier, not the base tier, which can be frustrating when you have a limited amount of time for a survey to be in the field, and waiting two business days for an email response isn't ideal. Also, the word clouds are only available in the exported PDF report, not in the Microsoft Word version, so we have to download two different reports.
