**What do you like best about Alana AI?**

The ease and amount of available resources make this AI an essential tool for small businesses that do not have much time to dedicate to customer service. It has a great cost-benefit ratio and is very easy to install compared to similar options available on the market.

**What do you dislike about Alana AI?**

So far I haven't found any relevant problems, I think it will be difficult because everything is very intuitive.

**What problems is Alana AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems I had that led me to seek out software were the difficulty of maintaining social media engagement while also providing quality customer service. ALANA AI not only helped me in these areas, making it easier and saving time for other demands, but also allowed me to identify what my customers wanted. This way, we achieved greater reach, with satisfied customers who, when they need service, feel a connection (something you can change with the tool by selecting how you want it to communicate) and not just that they are receiving an automatic response.

**What do you like best about Alana AI?**

Alana AI is an AI platform that offers incredible cost-effectiveness. It is intuitive, customizable according to the brand, and easy to set up. Furthermore, its impressive scalability has allowed us to save time and resources in my small business, as I work with a small team.

I highlight its variety of tools and plans. We are currently using the Essential plan, and it serves the business needs very well. At first, we were unsure about implementing AI, but Alana AI conveyed a lot of reliability, and so far we have not had any problems with interpretation or information analysis.

**What do you dislike about Alana AI?**

No points to complain about so far, the support is very efficient and available as well.

**What problems is Alana AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we are a small team, we saw the need to hire a chatbot service initially, to assist us in customer service and sales. It greatly improved the quality of support we offer to our customers.

I like Alana for its ability to enhance AI while offering a unique experience. If Alana AI lives up to its potential, it will perform better than AI assistants that are more task-oriented by providing great interactions. Alana AI is very helpful when it comes to giving good answers, developing social links and understanding conversation

The pricing of Alana AI has been noted to be relatively higher compared to advertising AI solutions, in the market. Hence people could also go for other options available in the market. Also, the level of customer support provided by Alana AI is not upto the mark.

The manual work of customer support team is being solved by Alana Ai as it can talk on behalf of the company with the users and solve their queries.

**What do you like best about Alana AI?**

Alana is simple and helped a lot in my relationships with my clients. By customizing the display of answers, we can program it so that it doesn't seem robotic and makes the customer more comfortable in answering their questions. For those who work alone, the platform meets all expectations. I also really enjoyed working with the team behind all of this, transparent, responsible and at an affordable price.I recommend!

I wish they had an app! It would make it a lot easier.

I liked the fact that it is very easy to use. Everything is very intuitive besides having a great cost, which allows it to be used by small businesses as well. It also has good support in case you need it. It is easy to implement and has a large number of available features. It can be used frequently and with good integration among all.

It is super versatile, used it for customer interaction, voice calling and email. I like it simple UI that is easy to understand for everyone.

There are other options that are currently more updated that Alana. I would like them to beat the other competitors.

Alana's AI platform has brought us countless benefits, with a wide variety of tools that provide an excellent experience and harmony in the work environment of each member of our company. One of the most appreciated aspects is the intuitive and simple to use interface, in addition to the exceptional support of its team, always present and ready to solve any problem that may arise. Every request we made was taken care of quickly, with different possible solutions. Furthermore, the possibility of managing multiple channels in one place has been very useful in centralizing information and facilitating management.

We did not find any relevant negative aspects on the platform. While we had some issues early on, they were beaten champions with updates released to enhance the platform. Despite this, it is worth investing in the platform, as it significantly simplifies and harmonizes the work environment, providing long-term benefits for your company.

Since we started using Alana AI, we have reaped numerous benefits, among which we highlight the improvement in the relationship, communication and interaction with our customers, ensuring a high quality experience and professional support in relation to our services. I have a small business and needed help with online customer service to increase my revenue and enable the growth of the enterprise. My budget for investment is small, so the team at Alana was very accommodating in the negotiation and offered me a perfectly tailored proposal: a simple service, with little sophistication (responses in social media chats) at a price that fit the budget. I manage everything alone, without an IT or administrative team, and I found the platform intuitive and straightforward, I can do everything by myself and Alana helps me exactly with what I needed: it responds accurately to potential customers and this has increased my sales.

**What do you dislike about Alana AI?**

As the business is still small, I depend on other sources of income and it would help a lot if Alana had a mobile app. That way, I could manage her activities remotely.

Alana filters the messages that the social media pages receive and answers the most frequently asked questions, such as payment methods, business hours, delivery, etc. This way, potential customers can quickly identify if the products and conditions meet their expectations, and I can join the conversation only to negotiate prices and close sales.

It's a shame there isn't a mobile app yet. It would make it even more practical and simple to address the demands. That was the only point, I will be waiting for the launch.

I really liked Alana, from the negotiation process, where I thought it would be very expensive for my company profile, but they managed to get a huge discount. Very transparent team.

**What do you dislike about Alana AI?**

There is no mobile app. I wish there was one, to use when I'm on vacation. Since there isn't, I always need to bring my tablet.

**What problems is Alana AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alana filters 90% of the messages on my Instagram. Therefore, I only handle the questions that I really need to answer, such as negotiating game prices. I leave it to Alana to answer questions like "What time do you open?", "Will you be open this holiday?", and things like that. I know that for many, they might think I'm not using even 1% of Alana. That's true, but for my business, she solves 90% of the communication problems.

Because it is easily configurable, we were able to start Alana only on the Facebook fan page, and today we have it on all our social networks, email, and app stores.

**What do you dislike about Alana AI?**

There isn't a dedicated CSM team. You can even have Alana create spreadsheets for the sales team, but having a dedicated CSM team for you is quite expensive. That's my only point.

Quantity of products available. Easy implementation and no IT team needed

Amount charged to use Whatsapp. It could be much lower if they became partners

We are using it to solve our voicemail transcription issues. Alan provides a good baseline, and the accuracy is incredible.

The infinite possibility in the ways to use this AI.

**What do you dislike about Alana AI?**

I'm still searching, but I know I will hardly find it.

**What problems is Alana AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, my team could only respond to 280 emails daily, from a demand of over 1k emails (per day). Today, with Alana, my N1 support is at 90% and I can leave my team only for N2 cases. In the future, I am thinking of having Alana handle both N1 and N2 so that my team can focus only on fraud cases (N3).
