What do you like best about AL ADVANTAGE?

The SaaS versions heavy dependency on internet access is something I really appreciate. While network interruptions can be problematic, this strategy primarily ensures extensive access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AL ADVANTAGE?

What do you like best about AL ADVANTAGE?

1. SaaS implementation - is the best way to use this platform. You need not worry about the underlying infrastructure. Simply enroll for the online version and start working.

2. Remote access - is also great as you are not machine-dependent. Anybody from anywhere can access data.

What do you dislike about AL ADVANTAGE?

1. High dependency on the Internet due to SaaS version - Being a pro, this is also a con. We do face network outages, and in those times, this tool is inaccessible, which causes a lot of issues.

What do you like best about AL ADVANTAGE?

Your customer support is very responsive and quick. We like having the ability to manage user permissions. The UI is very easy and simple for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AL ADVANTAGE?

We have been with ALADVANTAGE, I think from it's beginning. We perviously used a Service Plan and MAR software developed Care and Compliance. I think was is most disappointing is the slow development and now lack of advancement in the product. Over the years we have seen new features like a variety of reports, but many companies are starting to offer mobile apps. We realize the web based software can be used on mobile devices but its just not the same as an app. We never understood why the entire space of the webpage isn't being used. The UI seems to be shrunk down. Yes we could probably zoom in to make it use the space but that just doesn't make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AL ADVANTAGE solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past we would use the MAR portion but we now have an eMAR service provided by our phamracy so now we only use the Service Plan/Care Plan portion of the website and to be honest we are searching for another option that would offer more up to date software to log ADLs and create service plans. Our employees carry iphones on them for our emergency call system and would like them to be able to simply log ADLs from those devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AL ADVANTAGE?

What do you dislike about AL ADVANTAGE?

I feel the area that needs the most help would be the shower assistance. There is only one set time. I learned that points are like minutes. Showers are 8 points for total assistance. It is difficult to add extra points if a resident takes one hour showers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
