While network interruptions can be problematic, this strategy primarily ensures extensive access. **What do you dislike about AL ADVANTAGE?** Modern options for recording ADLs and creating care plans are not present in the software. It demonstrates that it is hostile to staff using iPhones for urgent calls. **What problems is AL ADVANTAGE solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issue of complex software solutions is actually addressed by AL ADVANTAGE. Knowing about care plans makes them more useful because they make gathering the essential data easier. ### 3. It is quite helpful for shower assistance and makes updating care plans simple. **What do you dislike about AL ADVANTAGE?** The limited functionality of the mobile app makes it difficult to smoothly log ADLs, which reduces efficiency. **What problems is AL ADVANTAGE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increased production and enhanced interactions with clients are the results of the increased efficiency, which also results in significant time and resource savings. ### 4. SaaS implementation - is the best way to use this platform. You need not worry about the underlying infrastructure. Simply enroll for the online version and start working. 2. Remote access - is also great as you are not machine-dependent. Anybody from anywhere can access data. 3. Free trial - available for application, which allows new users/ companies to evaluate the product. **What do you dislike about AL ADVANTAGE?** 1. High dependency on the Internet due to SaaS version - Being a pro, this is also a con. We do face network outages, and in those times, this tool is inaccessible, which causes a lot of issues. 2. UI can be improvised more - The user interface of this tool can be improvised for this tool, providing more visibility to users. **What problems is AL ADVANTAGE solving and how is that benefiting you?** We manage this tool for a couple of our clients and their entire operations. We have run from negotiating the contract to the implementations and operations of this tool, and everything is handled by our company. ### 5. We like having the ability to manage user permissions. The UI is very easy and simple for users. **What do you dislike about AL ADVANTAGE?** We have been with ALADVANTAGE, I think from it's beginning. We perviously used a Service Plan and MAR software developed Care and Compliance. I think was is most disappointing is the slow development and now lack of advancement in the product. Over the years we have seen new features like a variety of reports, but many companies are starting to offer mobile apps. We realize the web based software can be used on mobile devices but its just not the same as an app. We never understood why the entire space of the webpage isn't being used. The UI seems to be shrunk down. Yes we could probably zoom in to make it use the space but that just doesn't make sense. **What problems is AL ADVANTAGE solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past we would use the MAR portion but we now have an eMAR service provided by our phamracy so now we only use the Service Plan/Care Plan portion of the website and to be honest we are searching for another option that would offer more up to date software to log ADLs and create service plans. Our employees carry iphones on them for our emergency call system and would like them to be able to simply log ADLs from those devices. ### 6. There is only one set time. I learned that points are like minutes. Showers are 8 points for total assistance. It is difficult to add extra points if a resident takes one hour showers. **Recommendations to others considering AL ADVANTAGE:** Al Advantage is a great tool to use. It would be helpful if you have experience with careplans so you already know what information to collect. **What problems is AL ADVANTAGE solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can add in special cares to individualize the residents careplan with points for that task. ### 7.
