It’s cloud-based, so I can access it anywhere, and the interface is designed with small business owners in mind. Features like invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting are easy to use without needing deep accounting knowledge. **What do you dislike about Akaunting?** While Akaunting is excellent for small businesses, it could benefit from more advanced reporting customization and a wider range of integrations with third-party financial tools. The mobile experience is good but could be improved with more offline functionality. **What problems is Akaunting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Akaunting solves the problem of complex, hard-to-use accounting tools by providing a lightweight, cloud-based platform for managing finances. If you need any additional features, you can use their ads on, which are paid **What do you dislike about Akaunting?** The script doesn't support the complete accounting system by default, for each function, you have to purchase the apps I purchased the cloud versions, but when I login to cloud dashboard, there was nothing and in the plan. They have responded that they would provide the chat and respond to the ticket. As per there system, there is no chat version available in the system, and meanwhile, they will respond 24-48 hrs on your ticket. Worst support and the funny part is they do not have any refund policy. Once you paid for the subscription you have loss the money **What problems is Akaunting solving and how is that benefiting you?** basic invoicing system where i can send and track the payments for the invoice ### 3. The lead person seems very capable and accessible in their community forums... until you have an issue. **What do you dislike about Akaunting?** There is a bit of setting up to do as each (non-core) capability is an add-on. These add-on app costs can add up -- so if "free" is a consideration -- then I'd certainly factor that in BEFORE spending much time on the program. BEWARE of renewal costs -- they are never grand-father priced, features are removed, app billing seems hit-or-miss... no accountability nor interest in resolving a double billing issue we had... we had to do a charge-back with our bank (and won all 14 incorrect charges). **What problems is Akaunting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seemed capable, intuitive -- and was a single cost (at deployment) instead of monthly subscription -- but that changed with their cloud hosted version. They used to allow multi-company deployments which saved us a GREAT deal in subscription fees -- but that feature too was removed. We started to save money yet left after charges were equal to Xero, QBOL, etc once similar capabilities were bolted on. ### 4. All apps that I used unfortunately have issue / bugs and their customer support dealing in a very very bad way with no care at all for their clients time and money " all tickets are available with me to proof this " **What do you dislike about Akaunting?** Customer support, they are unprofessional & unpolite when dealing with or replying to customers "I have screenshots of all tickets replies " A lot of bugs on a daily bases **Recommendations to others considering Akaunting:** Do not ever never try to buy this software or any of its related apps otherwise you will suffer with their customer support & lose your money **What problems is Akaunting solving and how is that benefiting you?** The premium package did not work although I paid all amount The projects app has a lot of bugs & they did not solve for around 30 days till now & they did not agree to cancel my subscription & refund my money. I then got censored and banned from the Mattermost chat software, so I created a forum account and got banned, so I asked them on Twitter and got blocked, so I asked them on GitHub and got censored too. I never heard anything from them, and they won't reply to anything, just delete them. I purchased two apps Double entry and Inventory. I first created a chart of accounts useful for my business and started posting my purchase bills After posting all the bills I noticed that the account payable value is still zero in the double-entry app. so I thought it did not get posted so I clicked the edit for the bill and saved it again strange thing happened the stock qty doubled but still value in the purchase and payable was zero. Next strange when you make a sales invoice instead of stock reducing from inventory it kept on adding, still, my receivable value was zero in the double-entry app. I wrote to their support many times they always kept saying that they did not understand my problem. I hope whoever reading this understood what was my problem. SO PLEASE DONT BUY THIS SOFTWARE IT IS OF NO USE AND NO SUPPORT FROM THEM. I used the software for one year; then I decided to purchase the premium Apps; when they failed to work, I contacted them, and they later blocked me so that I couldn't log in nor do anything **What do you dislike about Akaunting?** The software is full of scams, and they do not refund the money; instead, they block you from all social media platforms and their communities so that you can't alert others **What problems is Akaunting solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems of our needs were not solved since it is full of scams, and this is the only platform I can use to let other people not purchase the items sold on the Akaunting as they will be scammed ### 9. When I updated the core sometimes it broke the whole database. We bought many paid plugins and after each update they would not work. For example one of the plugins which we bought was Woocomemrce sync which was breaking after each update. And the worst of all, the support is just bad. They reply with two or more days delay and they do not have the understanding of the fact that becaue of a bad update and a mistake that they made my website is down. And they did not refund us after two months of problems. I will not trust my billing system with this company. Go with Dolibar which is way more reliable. **What problems is Akaunting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately we did not have the chance that it works correctly.
