But cPanel is already very famous, so not a big deal. Linode is much more practical when compared to some of its competetors like DigitalOcean, Azure, AWS or Vultr. I believe onboarding users on Linode is not cumbersome and is as easy as exploration. The UI is not counter-intuitive and very inspiring about the built-in features. VPS service is best according to me. But I have also consulted users to use their Managed Hosting (Shared) along with MX setup. Scalability uptime are almost perfect, ease of reduce and expand servers with less effort. Pocket friendly prices. Object memory is cheap and integrate very well with s3 applications. Ability to move up and down between packages easily depending on traffic. It provides self service VMs. **What do you dislike about Akamai Cloud Computing?** For people who are new to cloud technology might find it a bit challenging to navigate linode's platform and services. Another area of improvement is, it needs support from multiple operating system. Estimate billing in local currency based on usage. Lack of memory utilisation charts in VM analytics. Support response time during critical issues tends to be slow they can add live chat support for users. **What problems is Akamai Cloud Computing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Linode is providing features such as automated backup and security measures. Our base-level analytics are estimated external to the Linode which prevents us from accurately being able to capture memory usage. That said, LongView (free-tier) can be installed on your Linode to report accurate memory and storage usage metrics alongside the use of FOSS software like Grafana and Prometheus. Adding currency conversion estimates based on country of origin and live chat are great ideas, so we have added both into our internal feature tracker. We are able to host hundred of website from out customers. The main reason I recommend Linode is because of stability, uptime, and fast support. Performance and reliability are very high compared to a very cheao price.
