Aid4Mail can recover double-deleted messages and corrupted emails, and extract MIME data from certain types of unknown file formats through file carving. It saves real time by handling large volumes of emails without having to do it manually, allowing me to continue using email while the migration is taking place. Accuracy is crucial, as it ensures that no emails, attachments, or metadata are lost, a key aspect if emails are used as evidence for claims or other important matters. I also value that automatic migrations significantly reduce the usual errors with manual methods, such as duplicate emails or corrupted messages, reducing the stress of losing important information. **What do you dislike about Aid4Mail?** It has many options (advanced filters, profiles, templates, different output formats), and that can make it somewhat complex at first if you just want to "transfer emails from A to B." When I exported individual email for viewing, some of the email were not rendering properly. I re-processed the emails through Aid4Mail and the rendering problem was fixed. Their email de-duping logic makes sense for e-Discovery work and produces less results, better for all as one can imagine. **What do you dislike about Aid4Mail?** Nothing to dislike! **Recommendations to others considering Aid4Mail:** Yes, highly, plus customer assistance is excellent. They get back to me right away and they know their product inside out. The price was reasonable. My firm producing high quality defendable work is paramount. **What problems is Aid4Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speeds and quality, Aid4Mail, fixed my issues. The effort was making me insane. Then I found Aid4Mail. **What do you dislike about Aid4Mail?** Having to use a tool to accomplish a relatively simple and predictable thing. **What problems is Aid4Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** I still have some old email to migrate and then archive (I'm archiving in both the original and the migrated).
