I like that Aid4Mail performs fast and accurate conversions and migrations, without losing attachments or metadata, even when dealing with terabytes of emails. It saves real time by handling large volumes of emails without having to do it manually, allowing me to continue using email while the migration is taking place. Accuracy is crucial, as it ensures that no emails, attachments, or metadata are lost, a key aspect if emails are used as evidence for claims or other important matters. I also value that automatic migrations significantly reduce the usual errors with manual methods, such as duplicate emails or corrupted messages, reducing the stress of losing important information. It has many options (advanced filters, profiles, templates, different output formats), and that can make it somewhat complex at first if you just want to "transfer emails from A to B." It is not as "plug and play" as other simpler programs: you need to spend some time understanding which profile to use, which format to choose, and how to configure the project.
