AI Phone Assistant - Bubo Reviews & Product Details

Phone-Assistant.ai is an AI-powered phone assistant and booking solution that helps businesses handle customer calls and reservations 24/7. Each business gets its own management dashboard, where they can manage the information, services, availability, prices, booking rules, call settings, and other details the AI uses when interacting with customers. The AI answers calls, understands customer requests, answers questions, takes bookings, processes orders, and can send confirmations or payment links via WhatsApp. It also handles online reservations through the business website, giving businesses one solution for both phone and web bookings. Phone-Assistant.ai can connect with existing reservation, POS, CRM, calendar, and other business systems, or businesses can use its built-in booking and ordering capabilities. Businesses can decide when the AI answers calls — for every call, after hours, or whenever the team is busy. The assistant supports 70+ languages and uses the business's own information, availability, prices, services, and rules to provide accurate answers instead of guessing. Calls and interactions can be recorded and summarized, while bookings, notifications, customer requests, and other actions can be managed through the dashboard. Phone-Assistant.ai is built for restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, personal care, trades, automotive, real estate, professional services, retail, and rental businesses that want to automate customer communication, capture more bookings, and reduce missed calls without adding staff.
