AI Phone 360 Reviews & Product Details

AI Phone 360 is an AI receptionist and complete business phone system for small businesses. The AI answers every inbound call on the first ring, 24/7/365, in a natural voice you choose - or a clone of your own. It holds a real conversation: answers questions from your business knowledge, books appointments straight into your calendar, captures lead details, and texts you a summary after every call. What makes it different from answering services like Smith.ai or Ruby: AI Phone 360 is software you own, with real apps on iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, and the web. While the AI talks, you see the call live with a real-time line showing what the caller wants - and you can take over the call from the AI with one tap. Team calls ring with a press-1 confirmation so voicemail can never hijack a handoff. Every plan includes business texting with AI-drafted replies, transcripts and recordings of every call, a built-in CRM, spam protection, multi-language support, unlimited team members, and integrations (Google Calendar, Shopify, Zendesk, Zoom, plus API and webhooks). Setup takes about 90 seconds: pick a number or forward yours, teach the AI your business, go live. Plans from $19.99/mo plus per-minute AI rates - roughly a tenth of the cost of human answering services.
