We run GEO/AEO campaigns for a range of clients, and before Peekaboo the honest answer to "how are we showing up in AI search" was anecdotal. Peekaboo gave us a real number. Being able to break visibility out by model is quite valuable; ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews rarely agree, and knowing which one a brand is losing tells us what to fix. Competitor tracking on the same prompt set is the other standout: showing a client where a rival is getting cited and they are not turns a vague conversation into a specific content assignment. Our first tracked prompts were built on terms we already ranked well for, so the early scores looked great and told us little. It took a round of rework to point the prompts at real buying intent before the data got actionable. The visibility metrics allow us to clearly prove the concept to clients. Their in-depth dashboard and the range of metrics have made a significant difference in our retention rates. The only wish I had was to be able to show up arrows and down arrows to specific visibility metrics over a certain period of time. However, I can now easily do this with the Claude integration. It gave us an instant snapshot of value — within a short space of time we had something concrete enough to build benchmarks from, which is rare for a space this new. The team is also genuinely hands-on: they’ve shaped parts of the product around our needs off the back of our visibility data, rather than handing over a fixed tool and walking away. AI visibility is one of the hottest topics right now and they’re moving faster than most established brands could, guiding the conversation on what the data should actually do rather than just reacting to demand. We built our initial tracked prompts on data that was already performing, so it was difficult to see where the real opportunities were. Once we layered in our own direction and set up prompts aligned to our ICP and growth ambitions, it clicked — but stronger gap-analysis and guidance on prompt selection up front would have got us there faster. We have their contact details on Slack, and they're always available to jump on a call. The usability of the platform is a big plus for me. The dashboard is super easy to use, and the UX/UI is really user-friendly. The information provided in terms of AI insights and competitor analysis is going to be crucial in the agentic commerce era. AI Peekaboo automates crawling through different LLMs, which used to be a manual task for us. The dashboard setup makes it easy to rank competitors versus us, and it's helpful to have direct contact with the team to answer questions and get support.
