I use AI Interviewer to speed up the hiring process in my design company. It helps me reduce human bias elements in the recruitment process and takes the load off my HR team, allowing them to focus on the quality of hire rather than just the quantity. I love the AI Agent's intuitiveness and its ability to make conversations natural and free-flowing, just like a human does, mostly. The variety of formats for different job levels is great too - simple resume scanners for volume hiring, phone screeners for less serious roles, and the AI interviewer for more challenging roles like CXOs and leadership positions.
