## About AI.arq
AI.arq is a quantity takeoff platform for architects, designers and estimators. It reads the DWG, DXF or PDF drawing the professional already has and returns an XLSX spreadsheet with itemized quantities across up to 18 construction disciplines, each line carrying its SINAPI reference code. What sets it apart is how the quantity is obtained: the engine measures the geometry inside the file itself. No tracing, no clicking over the drawing, no image recognition. It is not BIM and does not require BIM - it reads the 2D drawing that already exists. Every line comes back labelled MEASURED (the quantity came from the drawing) or ESTIMATED (needs checking), with a column stating where the number came from, so the professional knows line by line what to trust. The spreadsheet ships with NO PRICES: we deliver quantities, pricing is the estimator's job. Runs in the browser, no plugin and no AutoCAD installed.
