## About AI Advisory
T3 is an award-winning AI governance build shop for high-risk industries. We design and engineer bespoke AI controls, conduct adversarial red teaming on models and AI systems, and implement end-to-end AI governance operating models, aligned to standards we helped write such EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and NIST AI RMF. Where off-the-shelf GRC platforms stop, we build the custom controls, integrations, and assurance that fit your stack, your models, and your regulator. Trusted by 2/3 BigTech, this is where policy meets engineering.

## AI Advisory Reviews
  ### 1. Structured AI Validation That Aligns With Regulatory Expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert V. | Model Validation Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AI Advisory?**

T3 AI Assurance brought a level of structure that we were missing in our validation process. It combines technical testing with governance documentation in a way that genuinely aligns with regulatory expectations. The model cards and validation reports were detailed, yet still practical and easy to use for internal discussions. Overall, it helped our data science and risk teams stay on the same page and work from a shared understanding.

**What do you dislike about AI Advisory?**

The onboarding phase took more coordination than I expected. Before we could get started, we had to pull together training data, documentation, and the model’s history.

**What problems is AI Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were running into delays with model approvals because our validation approach wasn’t consistent. T3 helped us standardize the process, which significantly reduced the backlog. It also made audit conversations much smoother and more straightforward. Overall, we noticed a clear improvement in approval timelines and a boost in internal confidence.

  ### 2. Objective AI Roadmap Scoring That Aligns Teams and Wins Leadership Buy-In

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter V. | Chief Data Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about AI Advisory?**

The scoring approach added real objectivity to our AI roadmap by clearly balancing strategic value with feasibility and risk. The structured workshops also helped bring the business and technical teams into alignment, so we were working from the same priorities. In the end, the final output was straightforward and easy to present to leadership.

**What do you dislike about AI Advisory?**

It requires active participation from multiple stakeholders, and some discussions needed pushback to keep expectations realistic. The overall process can take time, depending on everyone’s availability.

**What problems is AI Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had several competing AI initiatives underway, but there was no clear prioritization. T3 helped us narrow in on what actually made sense to pursue and what didn’t. The result was a roadmap we could execute with confidence, and it significantly reduced the wasted effort we’d been spending on low-impact ideas.

  ### 3. Well-Balanced Scoring Framework That Aligns Stakeholders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaya M. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about AI Advisory?**

The scoring framework felt well thought out and well balanced. It evaluated business value, feasibility, complexity, and risk in a clear, structured way. The joint sessions with stakeholders were helpful for creating alignment across teams, and the documented rationale behind the decisions was especially useful.

**What do you dislike about AI Advisory?**

It really depends on honest participation from internal teams, which isn’t always easy to get. Scheduling cross-functional sessions also took time and coordination. In a few discussions, we had to push back to arrive at more realistic conclusions.

**What problems is AI Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had too many AI ideas and no clear way to prioritize them. T3 helped us turn that into a realistic, executable roadmap. It kept us from investing in use cases we weren’t ready to take on yet, and it brought stakeholders into alignment around clear, shared priorities.

  ### 4. Strong Documentation and Audit-Ready Reports Aligned with Regulatory Expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prasham S. | Regulatory Compliance Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about AI Advisory?**

The documentation quality is very strong. The reports are clearly aligned with regulatory expectations and are straightforward to present to auditors. The balance between technical validation and governance documentation is well judged, and it has helped us communicate our results more effectively.

**What do you dislike about AI Advisory?**

The process feels heavier than more lightweight internal validation methods. It takes some upfront preparation and coordination before you can really get started, and a few of the outputs still require internal expertise to interpret properly.

**What problems is AI Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed audit-ready validation for high-risk models, and T3 helped us meet regulatory expectations without the usual repeated back-and-forth. The process felt more efficient and helped shorten our validation timelines. Overall, it also boosted our confidence during audits.

  ### 5. Automation Assistant for Organized Financial Reports and Meeting Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giridhar K. | ML Engineer 1, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about AI Advisory?**

It’s an automation workflow that acts like an assistant. It helps me get financial reports and meeting notes in an organized way, so it’s easy to explain and share with stakeholders what has been discussed, along with the visuals.

**What do you dislike about AI Advisory?**

It’s the time complexity—the amount of time it takes to provide assistance. I understand that it takes time to make AI calls, analyze the shared information, and provide valuable feedback, but it still needs to be improved.

**What problems is AI Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me automate my reports and send meeting notes within minutes using automation. I can also send follow-up email invites and similar messages without much effort.

  ### 6. Realistic Adversarial Testing with Clear, Actionable Remediation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naledi K. | AI Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about AI Advisory?**

The adversarial testing scenarios felt realistic and were executed well. T3 went beyond the obvious cases, simulating real attack paths rather than just surface-level issues. The findings were detailed and explained clearly, and their remediation suggestions were practical, actionable, and easy to apply.

**What do you dislike about AI Advisory?**

Addressing certain vulnerabilities required deeper architectural changes, which can affect timelines—especially when the issues are significant.

**What problems is AI Advisory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before launching, we wanted to make sure our AI product was secure. T3 helped us identify critical risks early in the process, which reduced the likelihood of incidents once we were in production. It also strengthened our overall system design and gave us more confidence going into launch.
