"For anyone needing a clean, efficient portal for their client data"

What do you like best about Ahsuite?

Nice, clean interface with the ability to create enough portals for my client load. The ability to have profile data, social information, website links, data sharing via Google Sheets and even to schedule call from the interface makes working with client assets an organized task rather than a nightmare of fumbling thru various IM channels looking for assets!

LOVE that they put dialogue boxes with checkboxes with portal settings all in one window!! Thanks for that AhSuite!

Templates? Yes, they have templates :) Webhooks? Yup, got those too! Overall a great asset manager portal for your clients.

What do you dislike about Ahsuite?

Obviously still in its growth period, with more being added as they go along. Esthetically, I would like to see less of the page-wide row entries vs. compartmentalized containers that put more data in less space, but with that said there's not much bad to report. If you're full screen it's a lot of open paper until it fills up with assets.

I do feel the interface could be sized up a bit for us older folks :) Visibility is a little rough on the eyes with the thin fonts used. Could use a more refined search.

White label version would be nice for companies of all sizes, including solopreneurs, not just those that need 20 sub-accts, and 2000 portals.

Original storage limits might be exceeded by those delivering large files such as CAD drawings, video files or large archives (.zip/.rar) Looks like they are offering Unlimited file storage at this time.

Social embed feature doesn't compute, as most social platforms don't allow embedding of their apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

AhSuite allows me to grant access to my clients which gives them the ability to send and receive project assets in one location vs. hunting down project deliverables over several different social networks or cloud storage drives. What do you like best about Ahsuite?

As a client portal, I need a short learning curve, yet needs to flexible and robust. AhSuite delivers very well. With an easy user interface and the ability to upload files to share and customisable dashboard, now I am able to deliver added professionalism to my practice service levels. What do you dislike about Ahsuite?

Webhooks is a new thing to me, I wish I knew how to use these better to help integrate the automations available in AhSuite like auto client invite for new clients. I need to learn this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of emailing reports and updates around, I can now upload to the client portal and they can securely access this. Upload file size is generous, and we can create tasks with due dates that are shared with clients and responsible team members. We can also brand the clients portals to for added premium experience. What do you like best about Ahsuite?

Ahsuite gives users the power to control a broader aspect of their business. Some of the features that Ahsuite provides are usually lost in the mix with other software. The fully fleshed out features like conversations and being able to select who gets to see them or not is wonderful, it allows me to communicate internally but also I can share valuable information with my Client's. I also really enjoy the fact that I am able to label each item, so it allows the client to understand what category they are in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ahsuite?

I have yet to find any issues with Ahsuite. The software was thought out well and continues to add value to my business everyday. I would definitely recommend Ahsuite to anyone that was looking for Client Portal Software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest problem that Ahsuite is solving for me is being able to have a one-stop shop for my client's. Before I was using email and file sharing software, this process is outdated and very difficult to maintain and scale. With Ahsuite I get all of these features and more, I am able to focus more on my business then having to organize my emails and files consistently. The customer service is always fast and available to answer any question and/or to guide you through any obstacle you might be facing in your portal because of your own lack of expertise. The only downside I can see from Ahsuite is when updates and new features come out there can be some functions not working as great as usual but they are also very fast to fix these issues. Not that a big deal if you ask me though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
