I love using Ahsuite! I use the custom domian settings so that my client dashboards are completely branded with my business. Setting up was easy and what couldn't be integrated could be embedded easily or linked as an external page. It is a central place for my clients and they love to use it which has lead to a decrease in queries on "where do I find ..." or "how do I do ...". Ahsuite is an excellent client portal platform for DM agencies. It's not the whole tool shop, what really ever is though, but it is a great toolbox to use with clients. Plus the support is super. They've made significant updates in past years and have many more planned.

It's pretty hard to think of a downside to using Ahsuite. The only thing I remember so far was a small issue during the whitelabel setup. Like the button to advance to the next step wasn't obvious. We found the Ahsuite platform easy to use and implement in a very custom way. We were looking for a tool the presented well to our clients but did not overwhelm them when using it. We like the ability to customize the page and page grouping based on our business services. We had some initial questions or feature requests and Kevin from Ahsuite took the time to meet with us listen to what we were looking for and within a short time came back with some feature improvements. We are using this tool for all our contracted clients as well as with our higher end clients subscribe to our other SaaS tools. Initially the platform was a bit rigid in the ability to customize on page content like text areas. Ideally we would like to see a more robust page editor where we can can configure "panels" of content and or multiple areas of text with full HTML capability to craft and style the content. I like Ahsuite because it has all the basics without the fluff. There's nothing to get distracted, but everything you need to get your job done. Plus, you can invite your team and give them access to things without giving them passwords, which I find very useful. That's been an issue in the past but Ahsuite solved that problem completely.

If you have multiple team members or multiple projects, there's a place for that. Multiple steps for them? Place for that too! It is so easy to understand and utilize that every member of your team can do it. We have some Neuro spicy people here and they find it much easier to use than some of the others that have too many options. Who needs all those anyway? Not us!

And their customer service? Off the charts! I had some questions and I had them answered right away. No wait, no issues, just great answers. I honestly can't recommend it enough!
