I've been on a hunt for an all around CRM that could help with every aspects about my business. And so far ahsuite almost have everything. I usually see what I don't like with the CRM within the first few weeks that I have been using it. And so far. I have nothing that I dislike about it. From being able to set up automation for my workflow bein included on the plan. Setting up email marketing to nurture my leads. To sending invoices. There's just so many things that is included on their feature for me to mention! I like everything so far and will update my review if I find anything that I dislike. So far it's 10/10 for me. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** No downsides for me so far. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now. And so far. I haven't found anything that I dislike. Calendar that I can customize, the white labelling aspects of it. The automation feature. The email marketing feature. Allows us to provide our customers with a central place for all of the major pieces of information that we share with them on a regular basis. Also allows us to have a place for correspondence and task tracking which means the customer only has one port of call for all of their interactions with us. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** We have not found any limitations so far with all of the dashboards that we have created for our customers. Some more advanced skinning would be nice, especially being able to use landscape logos rather than square logos. Here are just a few: 1. The custom domain and white labeling is a great feature, and it only took a few easy steps to get it set up. 2. I love being able to create "Conversations" between my clients and me or my team members. My client receives the messages via email and can reply right there or within the portal. Either way the messages are recorded for all to see in the portal. 3. The task manager is very intuitive and segments tasks by client, which keeps things nice and organized. 4. I can customize many features of an individual client portal or all client portals if I want. For example, I can reorder, add and rename tabs on the left navigation and just click a button to have any changes applied to existing clients. 5. The knowledgebase was super helpful and support has been excellent so far! **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** I have not encountered any downsides to using Ahsuite. It has made my life much easier. I did speak with support about a request and they seemed very open to my suggestion to add a few more branding options in addition to the ability to add brand colors, a logo and client logos. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ahsuite makes client communication and proof approvals so much easier for me and my business. My favorite feature is Work Journals — the term is confusing at first, but really, it’s all about ideas, project details, and updates within your team. As a team leader, I use it for providing more context about priority tasks and even share screenshots or links to a tutorial video I create for the team. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** Would be great to be able to add tags to a journal. For example, a tag that says “high priority” or any category you can think of with color codes. Onboarding staff and clients is easy. The learning curve is not steep and website loads faster. I like the simple setup of portal for my clients and their staff to manage. Sharing critical information to clients is more simpler compared to other softwares. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** Document management system or integration with cloud providers is highly recommended. It cannot also integrate with some of our accounting software like quickbooks or xero. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client's own portal that relieved us from sending redundant emails. And what we find especially important is that your customers can also follow their business progress live with google data studio via the platform.
