## AGW Reviews
  ### 1. Excellent performance, powerful integrations, and great ROI.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sylwester K. | IS / IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about AGW?**

What stands out most about AGW is its exceptional balance of performance and ease of use. The UI/UX is highly intuitive and modern, which made the initial onboarding process incredibly smooth for our team.

When it comes to daily operations, the platform’s seamless integrations with our existing systems work flawlessly, saving us a significant amount of manual effort. The built-in AI and intelligence features provide great automated insights, helping us optimize our workflows. On top of that, the support team is extremely responsive and professional.

Overall, considering the excellent pricing and high ROI we've experienced since deployment, AGW has proven to be an invaluable asset to our operations.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

There is very little to dislike, but occasionally, during major updates, some custom UI dashboards take a bit longer to load. It would also be helpful if the system offered more interactive walkthroughs for newly introduced features, as the platform evolves quite rapidly. Other than these minor details, the system runs very smoothly.

**What problems is AGW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing AGW, we struggled with fragmented data, manual workflows, and a lack of real-time visibility across our integrated systems, which used to consume hours of manual work each week.

Now, with AGW, we can automate key data flows and monitor everything from a single, centralized dashboard. This seamless automation has significantly reduced human error, streamlined our daily operations, and saved our team roughly 15-20% of administrative time every week. The direct benefit for us has been much faster decision-making and a highly optimized workflow.

  ### 2. Adaptable, Intuitive MES with Real-Time Visibility and Seamless ERP Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about AGW?**

What stands out most to me about AGW is its high level of adaptability, intuitive UI, and the ability to tailor the solution to meet specific manufacturing requirements. The modular architecture and low-code approach make it easy to adapt the MES to different manufacturing processes without extensive development. I also appreciate its real-time production visibility, strong traceability, and seamless integration with ERP systems and shop-floor equipment. In addition, AGW demonstrates strong performance and reliability in mission-critical manufacturing environments, while offering a competitive pricing model that provides excellent value. The exceptional support and responsiveness from the OLSOM team further enhances the overall experience and make AGW a trusted solution for digital manufacturing.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

At this moment, I do not have any specific areas of concern or dislikes regarding AGW. I am satisfied with its capabilities, performance, and overall user experience. I look forward to seeing continued improvements and enhancements as the platform evolves.

**What problems is AGW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AGW helps us address important challenges in quality management, traceability, and reporting. We particularly value its ability to manage exact samples and quality checks, which gives us better control over inspection processes and confidence that products meet the required standards. The traceability capabilities allow us to quickly track product and process history, making it easier to investigate issues and identify root causes when needed. The reporting features also provide us with clear and reliable insights into quality and production data, helping us monitor performance and make better-informed decisions.

  ### 3. Flexible, Easy-to-Use Platform with Outstanding Traceability and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about AGW?**

What I like best about AGW is its flexibility. It brings together production monitoring, quality, maintenance, inventory management, and comprehensive traceability in a single platform, while allowing organizations to configure workflows to match their manufacturing processes. One of its strongest features is its end-to-end traceability and genealogy capabilities, which provide complete visibility into every product's history - from raw materials and components to production steps, operators, equipment, and quality inspections. I also appreciate its ease of use, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy for users to adopt and navigate the system efficiently. What truly sets AGW apart, however, is the exceptional quality of its support. The support team is highly responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to customer success, consistently providing timely, effective assistance and expert guidance whenever needed. AGW also delivers excellent value for money, with competitive pricing that makes its comprehensive capabilities accessible without compromising on quality or performance. Equally important, the platform provides outstanding performance and stability, ensuring reliable operation in demanding manufacturing environments where system availability, responsiveness, and consistency are critical to maintaining uninterrupted production. Combined with real-time shop-floor visibility and seamless integration with ERP systems and industrial equipment, AGW helps improve decision-making, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and confidence in product quality.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

At this time, I don't have any significant complaints about AGW. The features we currently use are stable, reliable, and perform as expected. Overall, the platform has consistently met our operational requirements, and we have had a very positive experience using it.

**What problems is AGW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AGW is helping us solve key manufacturing challenges by providing better visibility, control, and traceability across our production processes. Its end-to-end traceability and genealogy capabilities allow us to track the complete history of products, materials, processes, and quality data, which improves transparency and supports faster analysis when needed.

AGW also helps us optimize daily operations through real-time production monitoring, reliable data collection, and integration with our existing systems. This enables better decision-making, improved efficiency, reduced manual effort, and stronger confidence in product quality. Overall, AGW provides a stable and robust platform that supports our manufacturing needs and helps us maintain effective, controlled, and traceable production processes.

  ### 4. Flexible, High-Performance MES with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about AGW?**

The AGW Platform is very flexible and can be setup to meet our exact business needs at that time.

The UI screens for both the AGW Portal and AGW Workstation can be configured to support all of our business processes like planning and order release, order execution and tracking, etc. The biggest value for us in the shop floor execution where we use the Workstation to track time against production orders, view order details, drawings, work instructions, BOM components, etc.

Our organization is very much aligned with the ISA-95 model and AGW (Level 3 - MOM/MES) is integrated to systems at other levels of our overall system including SAP (Level 4 - ERP) and SCADA (Level 2 - Monitoring and Control).

The performance of the AGW system has generally been very good! When we have had issues or needed help from their services team, they have been extremely responsive and helpful.

Overall, Olsom has been a great partner to us and the AGW Optimization product aligns exactly with our business objectives - which provides our organization with an easy to justify (ROI) and easy to roll out (and support) solution.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

The only downsides for us about Olsom has been their lack of major footprint in the US, which is where our division is located. Most of their team is located in Europe (CET time zone). While their support team is great, we hate to bother them in off hours.

They are working actively on addressing this and we expect to see improvements very soon!

**What problems is AGW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AGW is helping us to prioritize and track demand through our assembly processes, giving us much more visibility about production order statuses and the capacities of our production lines.

  ### 5. a Big Thanks for AGW support team and management team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yassine E. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about AGW?**

What stands out most about AGW is its ability to simplify and streamline manufacturing processes. It integrates well with existing manufacturing systems, provides excellent production traceability, and its modular design makes it easy to adapt to changing business needs. In addition, the exceptional support from the AGW team ensures that issues are resolved quickly and users receive the assistance they need. It helps improve efficiency while giving teams better control over shop-floor operations.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

I can't say dislike, but like, it seems everything is positive from my side.

**What problems is AGW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to track the progress of orders, report quality defects, and quantify operational data.

  ### 6. Flexible AGW That Boosts Scheduling, Tracking, and Inventory Accuracy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about AGW?**

The flexibility AGW has to adapt to our business requirements has been a real strength. I work in a business that produces mostly in an engineer-to-order model, so our site handles products with high complexity and low volume. Because of that, our process flow can be very complex and non-linear. Even with those challenges, AGW has helped improve production scheduling and tracking, labor reporting, and overall inventory accuracy.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

Most complex configuration changes can only be made in the back end, not through the end-user interface. You need mid-to-advanced technical knowledge to really master it, and the learning curve is steep.

**What problems is AGW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AGW has enabled three of our production lines to visualize the production schedule more clearly, track orders more easily, and access much-needed information for data analytics, which helps us make better decisions. Support from the partner has also been good. Attentive, responsive and professional.

  ### 7. Everything at a click: from BOM to planning and charts with AGW.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** carlos e. | Production supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about AGW?**

The most useful thing about AGW is having everything within 1 click, from BOM to polyvalences, through planning and reaching the charts.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

In my particular case, we had issues with the operator records, resulting in a LAG with the printing of labels while the operator had already logged out of the system. I'm also not sure if it's an AGW problem.

**What problems is AGW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AGW resolves everything related to production. It benefits me because I can have all the information available and accessible from any computer with an internet connection. Before, we had piles of papers with scattered data and often valuable information was lost.

  ### 8. Fast Implementation, Strong Performance, and Straightforward Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher R. | IT Ops Enginner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about AGW?**

I like how quickly Traceability can be implemented. It performs well, and the integrations are straightforward to set up and complete.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

I believe that good feedback and lessons learned after a problem help the client gain a better understanding of the issue and its root cause.

**What problems is AGW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep the data for all produced parts, and it ensures that the values for every process are respected. It also makes it easy to gather the data needed to follow up on any claim.

This system is also extremely stable and reliable. In the five years we’ve been working with AGW, we’ve never had a major problem caused by an issue with this service. The support team is very helpful and i know i can always count with their help.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

I don't have any complaints at the moment. All the features we're currently using work well and reliably.

**What problems is AGW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us most when we’re checking the accuracy of assembled components, packaging final products, and collecting important parameters and traceability data.

**What do you like best about AGW?**

I appreciate AGW’s open approach. It comes across as a mature product that continues to evolve while still maintaining a clear standard.

**What do you dislike about AGW?**

One upside I’ve noticed is that there isn’t a strict definition of what has to be included in the first implementation for a plant, or what the prerequisites are, which leaves more room for flexibility. At the same time, I do notice a lack of AI integrations or at least a product roadmap in general. I don't have the whole visibility.
