You can put boundaries around individual actions instead of giving the agent broad access and hoping it stays within scope. **What do you dislike about AgntID?** There is a learning curve at the beginning because the product is solving a problem that most teams are only starting to deal with. The setup makes sense once you understand the model, but I would like to see more examples, integrations, and implementation guides as the product matures. **What problems is AgntID solving and how is that benefiting you?** AI agents often end up with more access than they need because permissions are usually assigned before anyone knows exactly which action the agent will take. AgntID helps reduce that gap by checking actions as they happen and applying tighter controls around them. Most identity controls are set before an agent starts acting, while AgntID evaluates access when the agent is about to call a tool. I also like that it works alongside existing IAM **What do you dislike about AgntID?** The product is still early, so there’s naturally less documentation, ecosystem coverage than you’d get with an established identity platform. Some of the concepts around runtime authorization also take a bit of time to understand if you’re coming from traditional IAM. **What problems is AgntID solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest challenge is controlling what an AI agent is allowed to do once it starts using tools. An agent might have access to multiple systems, but that doesn’t mean every tool or action should be available for every task. AgntID addresses this by adding a clear control point around tool calls, using intent and policy to decide what’s permitted. ### 3.
