Who is Agiloft pricing best suited for?

Agiloft Contract Management Suite's pricing is best suited for mid-market and enterprise organizations with complex, multi-department contract workflows and dedicated administrative resources. G2 reviewers across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, hospital and health care, government administration, and manufacturing consistently report strong fit at these scales. Enterprise G2 reviewers value the concurrent user licensing model and deep configurability. Small businesses can benefit, but G2 reviews from that segment repeatedly flag steep learning curves, implementation complexity, and the need to budget for specialist support from the outset. Organizations in regulated industries requiring audit trails, multi-step approvals, and enterprise system integrations represent the clearest fit for Agiloft Contract Management Suite's pricing structure.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Agiloft?

Agiloft Contract Management Suite does not offer a free version or publicly listed pricing tiers. According to G2's pricing data for Agiloft Contract Management Suite, the pricing model is based on custom enterprise quotes. G2 reviewers note that some integrations and advanced modules, such as certain out-of-the-box connectors and AI-driven features like Astra, may carry additional costs beyond the base license. One G2 reviewer in hospital and health care specifically flagged that some integrations require separate payment. Prospective buyers should request a detailed quote that accounts for implementation services, license type, and any add-on modules, as these materially affect Agiloft Contract Management Suite's total pricing.

Is Agiloft considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly regard Agiloft Contract Management Suite as strong value, particularly for mid-market and enterprise organizations with complex CLM needs. Multiple G2 users highlight the no-code configurability, concurrent user licensing model, and deep workflow automation as delivering outsized ROI relative to cost. One G2 reviewer in financial services noted consuming zero IT resources to evolve the system, eliminating consultancy spend. However, G2 reviews from small businesses in higher education and biotechnology flag steep implementation costs, required specialist support, and a demanding learning curve as factors that can erode value for smaller or non-technical teams. Budget for implementation and ongoing admin expertise should be factored into total cost of ownership.

"Agiloft is my co-worker"
5/5
What do you like best about Agiloft?

Training new users is fast & easy (10-15 minutes); very easy to make changes to our system without Agiloft help; customer support has been fantastic and cost effective the few times I've had to reach out; I use Agifoft more than any other system we have. We were up and running Agiloft with only a 3 month implemetation period. Much of that fast timeframe was because of the implementers knowledge about basic contract managment. What do you dislike about Agiloft?

Not enough time in my schedule to spend with system changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Flexible Platform, but there are Hurdles to overcome"
3/5
What do you like best about Agiloft?

The platform is very powerful & flexible offering the ability to define the exact functionality you need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agiloft?

There have been issues with regards to Agiloft's attitude towards Customer Service, including its approaches to managing implementation & licensing. While the platform is powerful this comes at a cost in terms of how easy the platform is to maintain. For a small, specialised, non-technical Team this has meant a steep learning curve in reaching some level of self-sufficiency in the day-to-day use of the system. The need for specialised support should be identified, planned & costed-in from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
