What is Agiloft, and what problem is it built to solve?

Agiloft is contract lifecycle management and business process automation software. It is built to help organizations manage contracts, compliance, and workflows, with customizable workflows, reporting, and integration capabilities.

What languages does Agiloft support?

Agiloft supports 7 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

What company sizes and industries is Agiloft the best fit for?

Agiloft appears to suit a range of organization sizes, with positive experiences represented across small businesses, mid-market companies, and enterprises. The industries with the strongest presence include healthcare, information technology and software, government, biotechnology, and manufacturing.
  • Company sizes: Small businesses, mid-market companies, and enterprises.
  • Industries: Healthcare, information technology and software, government administration, biotechnology, and manufacturing.

How long does it take to implement Agiloft across a team?

Implementation timelines vary with the scope of the rollout, but 3–6 months is the most commonly reported range. Other reported timelines include shorter and longer deployments.
Time to go live Relative frequency
3–6 months Most common
1–3 months Also reported
6–12 months Also reported
More than 12 months Less common

What customer support options does Agiloft provide, and how do users find the overall support experience?

Agiloft users describe a mixed support experience: some find the team responsive, helpful, and personable, while others report slow responses or difficulty getting useful answers for complex issues. Support is described through channels such as tickets, support calls, and help from customer success or implementation contacts.

What is the experience like for teams switching to Agiloft from another tool?

Switching to Agiloft has helped teams replace fragmented contract processes and less adaptable tools with a more configurable system that brings workflows, contract records, and reporting together. The prior tools included other CLM and contract repositories, enterprise workflow platforms, and general-purpose systems; the reasons included limited customization, poor visibility, difficult workflows, and gaps in support or automation. Some transitions felt smooth, while the effort required depended on the implementation and the amount of configuration involved.

What features or capabilities could make Agiloft even more useful?

Agiloft could be more useful with improvements that make reporting easier to build and more flexible to present, and with a simpler experience for end users and administrators. Other requested refinements include:
  • Make reporting and dashboards easier to configure, with more flexible visualizations.
  • Simplify navigation and administration, including complex settings and configuration tasks.
  • Improve the user interface, including the mobile experience.
  • Make integrations broader or more configurable for teams’ existing tools.
  • Improve how contract amendments and updated terms are consolidated for quick review.

"Agiloft balances customizability with standardization, AI with authorship."
4/5
What do you like best about Agiloft?

Agiloft's configurability with best-of-class tools is a core strength. The out-of-the-box integrations provide a great place to start, from SSO to translation APIs, to authoring tools, emailing, e-signing, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agiloft?

While the Agiloft community is a work in progress to leverage peer help and best practice sharing, central Agiloft support for bugs and feature dev remains objectively slow, often taking weeks to months to even get a Tier 2 escalation or dev to look at it, much less add it to the road-map or maintenance queue. In an atypical distributed, go-to-market, use case like ours, promptly responsive support and fast escalation is critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Contract Management with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Agiloft?

I appreciate the comprehensive view that Agiloft Contract Management Suite provides, enabling me to see all contracts at their various stages at a glance through its charts. This feature helps me tremendously in taking necessary actions promptly. Additionally, Agiloft's ability to track how long each contract has been pending for external review is invaluable; it notes the number of days each contract remains under review, aiding in efficiently managing contracts that are either still under review or have not been signed by both internal and external parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agiloft?

I don't like the fact that when I switch an approver on a contract that is already routing for approval, the newly added approver does not receive an approval email notification, even after clicking on resend for approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agiloft Astra Makes Contract Reviews Faster with One-Click AI Redlining"
4/5
What do you like best about Agiloft?

I am only using Agiloft's Astra tool. The tool is very useful in implementing a playbook and using that to create efficient contract reviews. The boost functions add a variety of individualized review tools, and the one-click redline tool is the most useful AI-driven functionality for reviewing and redlining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agiloft?

There could be more documentation or guides around implementation and use. There are videos in Astra that help you understand the basics, but they only cover the basics despite there being a learning curve to learn the system and its functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agiloft is my co-worker"
5/5
What do you like best about Agiloft?

Training new users is fast & easy (10-15 minutes); very easy to make changes to our system without Agiloft help; customer support has been fantastic and cost effective the few times I've had to reach out; I use Agifoft more than any other system we have. We were up and running Agiloft with only a 3 month implemetation period. Much of that fast timeframe was because of the implementers knowledge about basic contract managment. What do you dislike about Agiloft?

Not enough time in my schedule to spend with system changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Agiloft?

The ability to customize your work flow to help increase efficiency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agiloft?

My original issues with the system are directly connect to a young product and not internal support system. Since having the system for almost 10 years, Agiloft has address those issues and put proper personnel in those needed positions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Flexible Platform, but there are Hurdles to overcome"
3/5
What do you like best about Agiloft?

The platform is very powerful & flexible offering the ability to define the exact functionality you need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agiloft?

There have been issues with regards to Agiloft's attitude towards Customer Service, including its approaches to managing implementation & licensing. While the platform is powerful this comes at a cost in terms of how easy the platform is to maintain. For a small, specialised, non-technical Team this has meant a steep learning curve in reaching some level of self-sufficiency in the day-to-day use of the system. The need for specialised support should be identified, planned & costed-in from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
