I really like how easy Agentforce Education is to use. It's powerful and the platform is open, which I find really beneficial. There's also a big community, and that's great because we have access to a lot of resources to troubleshoot or improve the app. Integrations with other tools are really simple, which is a plus for us. I think there could be a multilayer of the admin and the audit trail should come free instead of needing a third-party integration or app by another module to implement that. Before commiting to this system, we tried different alternatives, and to be honest, nothing comes close to the level of customization. I can confidently say that this is a perfect fit for our vision of service and school growth. One thing that gets my attention is their communities sites feature since its potential is huge! It allows you to form a community, to advertise, sell, get information, you name it, it's there. It is fully featured and offers vast amounts of personalization settings so your community will always be unique. Our customers are creating contracts in real-time thanks to it, and this eases our staff load. Once their contract is created to fulfil their needs, payments are allowed inside our community so customers don't have to wait long to purchase our services. For starters, feels like you need someone fully immersed in the system to provide compliance for all the things that change more than regularly (at least 3-4 times a year) in it. Their automation options are currently somewhat convoluted, since there are many options available for developers, and some are getting retired for no apparent reason, so development made on some options will need to be re-worked and tested. Also, when creating sandboxes, it becomes a pain to move data from production. The system should at least give users options to select and copy custom and standard information to their liking. Student admissions and enrollment, data reliability, communication across the whole team and student's families, you can have up-to-date contact and emergency information, sync academic and financial information with other systems and much more. One problem we previously had is data reliability. Since our leads were contacting us in different ways, there was no way to accurately tell who was the last contact, or if any resolution was made for their case. Salesforce for education helps us in that regard. We are only beginning now, but integrations with other systems are coming in the mid-term. Standard assessments should be integrated, as well as our student information system and learning management systems. They don't have to be incredibly tech savvy to get through their work day. The support services are great, whether youre submitting a question to the Trailblazer community or submitting a bug ticket; you'll always find the answer you're looking for. The scalability across the enterprise is amazing - Salesforce continues to come out with upgrades and patches which allows the enterprise to grow in the virtual realm. New additions are added that keep our users on their feet and drives adoption. From an Administration standpoint the click and drag code is amazing. I don't have many dislikes other than the cost - many first time implementers will get sticker shock when looking at salesforce Implementations. Robust data collection, external communications and constituent history, and internal collaboration and streamlining. Salesforce eliminated data silos in both of my organizations. This tool brought together a single source of truth and now users won't have to email and ask for a report; things can be done easily, ad hoc, with increased up-time. The increase in productivity allows for workers to really focus on the more meaningful tasks like analysis and communication, because Salesforce assists so well with the menial tasks.
