The simple and easy user interface and Customization

None as of now, working fine since last 6 months

We used it to improve the user engagement, with all the caller info available just when the caller calls, you can greet the customers with their names and instead of filling their details agents can actually listen to their issues.

**What do you like best about Agent Desktop?**

The user. Interface is good and the menu options are very simple not complicated

**What do you dislike about Agent Desktop?**

There is. Nothing to dislike as such..but sometimes it shows an error and what's that error is for that's not mentioned. 

**What problems is Agent Desktop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to work on AD to chnage the name names for customer pstn and broadband lines. If customer wanted to make some changes in their account or subscription.
