so easy to use, the customer service is incredible, they are very responsive and quick to help with questions. Employees love the simplicity of the platform too, it's really easy to implement. whether it's requesting time off, managing their availability, swapping shifts... a must-have if you need to manage employee schedules! The Website is very useful and easy to use. If I need help, I can reach for help with the chat and have an answer quickly. They answer your question very clearly and send you pictures or little videos to explain it to you. Their team is very nice and kind, I recommend this service.
