I love i can plan multiple schedules for our different locations and positions. Because we dont have that option, my employees keep sending me voice memos in facebook and i lose my personnal life in a sense. That would be a great feature you could add! It is dynamic, easily accessible, and youthful. Communication with employees is much easier and much better than before. **What do you dislike about Agendrix?** Sometimes you have to search for a long time before finding an answer to our questions. We don't always want to disturb others, we try to find it ourselves, but it's not always intuitive. Some communicated more by text message, others by email, and others in person. Agendrix allowed us to centralize communications with the employees. Both by creating discussion groups and by using the news feed (sharing team meeting summaries). Previously, we used an Excel file for schedules. It was more complex, and we had a significant loss of time since it had to be redone every week. Saving the schedules was more complex, and sharing the schedules without wasting paper was complex. ### 11. The interface is simple enough to navigate without having lots of knowledge of Internet Plateforms. They have tools added to the scheduling plateform, to add scheduling requests like the availabilities and whatnot. **What do you dislike about Agendrix?** There seems to be alot on which they want to expand, but there are aspects I would love to use but I won't because they don't seem to be completed. Example; the chat portion doesn't let us to copy paste an image, we must download the screenshot, then upload it in the chat. It isn't practical. Also, we can't "Reply" to a message, which can be quite confusing in a group chat setting. Then there's the time off requests which we can't modify. They could have the option to modify, which would pop back up in the pending requests for the supervisors. For now, we must CANCEL a request and RESUBMIT from scratch. **What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I publish my schedule, I can see if the allotted shifts coincide with the time off requests that were submitted (and the staff's availability). When I publish my schedule, I can see if an employee see's it or not. We can reach an employee to send documents and information anytime. **What do you dislike about Agendrix?** It would be great if the resources from a scheduled holiday or absence would register directly in the time and attendance instead of having to be added manually each time. There's the news feed and messenger which are useful. Tech support is quick and easy. **What do you dislike about Agendrix?** Although the punch interface is not complicated, employees often have trouble selecting the right selection when they are going on a break. There is no visually easy way to see the individual punches when approving attendances. If an employee makes a mistake, you can't "merge" the different punches to correct the mistakes. **What problems is Agendrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online schedule makes it easy for employees to check it without needing to be at work in the case of a paper schedule. However, the Agendrix team was quick to provide a solution for our needs. The Excel report that is exported for payroll is very difficult to read and several modifications need to be made.
