**What do you like best about Affogata?**

Affogata is an AI-powered platform that provides consumer insights in minutes by tracking real-time customer feedback from open web and internal sources into actionable insights for data-driven decision making, automated tracking to maintain always at the forefront of the market with emerging trends, thus optimizing the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Affogata?**

Affagata is an all-in-one solution that shows in detail the voice of our customers by collecting information on websites showing product reviews, it is a perfect sentiment analyst, It is a platform that pleases at first sight for its visually pleasing interface, solutions and ease of use. use. It is a wonderful tool to know what our customers think of us and helps us to continue to offer the best and nothing bothers me.

**What problems is Affogata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Affagata is a solution that shows reports in real time allowing us to know how the products and services offered work for our clients or what is needed to improve, creating a better customer experience by meeting their needs and offering what they want, it helps to innovate better products and be aware of the requirements of our customers addressing immediately, it is a tool with beautiful colors enough information on its website and excellent service works very well adjusting to any need.

**What do you like best about Affogata?**

Affogata can track the most critical channels we need. Very few track Discord and Public Facebook groups that you run.
Its live searches that all have a Dashboard view are very efficient to dig into a topic and see how it is evolving
The UI is intuitive
The team is excellent, we have fantastic support and regularly have calls to discuss our specific needs
The social moderation tools are great

**What do you dislike about Affogata?**

Control over topic definition and some of the way the tool organises Live search vs Topics can still be optimized
Analysis of competitors could be simplified with a different business model and access to past data for ad-hoc analysis

**What problems is Affogata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we were not able to cover all the channels where our players were talking about our games this gave us a fragmented view of our customer feedback
We also had complex Dashboard that we could set up but that no on in the team was using. Here the Dashboard are set up automatically for each topic we want to dig in. It's efficient, simple and makes it easier for teams to use it as part of their daily tools

**What do you like best about Affogata?**

Affogata is one of the few, if not the only, tool we've found in the market that actually provides insights into Discord and Facebook Groups' conversations. Several features make it easy to look into specific topics and understand what's the sentiment around them. Also, the ability to create alerts is incredibly useful.

**What do you dislike about Affogata?**

There could be an easier way to configure your dashboard and remove unwanted information that's not relevant depending on the product. The team does a great job attending to our requests, but moving that ownership to the client would be good.

**Recommendations to others considering Affogata:**

Reach out to the Affogata team, discuss your needs and what problems you're trying to solve. They have a great team that is capable of shaping the tool to your needs.

**What problems is Affogata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems: Mostly the ability to tap into Discord and Facebook Groups conversation. We've wanted to do this for a long time, and Affogata helped us with it.
Benefits: It helped us get rid of some biases regarding our users' sentiment towards specific topics. Now that we have a bigger view of what's happening in our communities, it's much easier for us to make well-informed decisions.

**What do you like best about Affogata?**

Amazing support, very helpful with a better understanding of the Affogata platform. The team is open to questions, feedback, and requests. I really appreciate how the Affogata team communicates with their clients, they are always positive, responsive, and quick to solve issues.

To be honest, nothing at this point. The product provides great tools for tracking and analyzing player sentiment.

If you're looking for solutions to better understand your audience and their needs, Affogata is a great tool for achieving this purpose.

We are working on structured and efficient ways of tacking and analyzing player sentiment for our gaming communities as well as collaborating on creating comprehensive player sentiment repoints.

**What do you like best about Affogata?**

Affogata as a product allows for a lot of granularity, really allowing you to zoom in on the roots of the overall sentiment score! 
It's also backed up by a great team who have been immensely supportive.

**What do you dislike about Affogata?**

The user interface is quite easy and functional but could use some more love. 
Having said that the most important thing is that the tool does what we need it to do.

**What problems is Affogata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Affogata to get data-driven quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights for our product teams. It now forms the core of our sentiment analysis.

The part of the live search challenges me to use daily, I would change the "search specification" a bit and make it more intuitive

**What do you like best about Affogata?**

As mentioned in the title, the customer service they provide is the best thing. Whenever something occurs, the guys from Affogata are more than happy to help, and they also do this in a very timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Affogata?**

Unfortunately, due to how Facebook works and from my end I need Affogata to work perfectly with Facebook, there are some hiccups from time to time. But that's more on FB rather than on Affogata.

**What problems is Affogata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a better analytics system for Facebook metrics, as well as having a much easier way through which one can tell what their audience is thinking or how they react based on what gets posted on different social media channels.

The people. The crew from Affogata makes working with them an absolute pleasure.

**What do you dislike about Affogata?**

I think the tools have some limitations when it comes to replies and the data behind it. That's not a concern for us right now, since we focus more on the social listening aspect of the tool.

Mostly trying to centralize all our insights and find an easy way to build reports for our teams.

I like the Affogata team, they're very motivated to help and answer any question timely.
Moreover, the tool has strong analysis capabilities that I think can be very useful for us.

**What do you dislike about Affogata?**

It's not something about Affogata itself that I dislike. It's more a problem with the amount of data to be analyzed. If it's too low, we cannot draw valuable insights.

**What problems is Affogata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use the Affogata live search function to see what's being published about our company. 
In combination with a regular Google search, I feel confident, that I don't miss anything.
