Many of the forced "premium features" are commoditized and not with the investment. Very expensive to scale with your team. Document management is poor and does not connect to any normal document management system. Note taking is static and stuck 10 years ago so you cannot collaborate in real time. Customer support team is ok at response time, but pretty inflexible in how they support feature requests and customer service.
