What do you like best about Aeropay?

All of the staff at Aeropay have been super responsive and friendly. The whole team at Dabble has noted how easy Aeropay has been through the whole onboarding and integration phase. The product itself has been very reliable and recieved extremely positively by customers as well as filled an administrative burdon for us from a resourcing stand point. What do you dislike about Aeropay?

The reporting is still in its early days and is some what limited. However any special reporting I have needed the team have prepared for me right away on an Ad Hoc basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aeropay solving and how is that benefiting you?

They have offered on the inbound payment front an alternative to card payments. We were previously just using Visa & Mastercard but now can offer more options. The real value has been in the withdrawal product where we were previously using an ACH generated manual solution which was not only time consuming but slow to process. "I do not like having to input phone number and amount"

What do you like best about Aeropay?

It is Easy to use as fr as inputting data. Not complicated for my drivers to easily use. I love that an email is sent when Pending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aeropay?

That it is not automatic, not sinked with Onfleet. Also that Drivers ( each user) is not captured so I do not know whos tips are whose. I also do not like that there is only a customer service email. I doubt any of my customers bother to email if they are having troble, they probalby just use another payment method. A phone number to call would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
