AdvanceWork Reviews & Product Details

AdvanceWork is the operating system for executive protection operations. It gives protection teams a single, secure platform to plan, coordinate, and execute every stage of a mission — from advance work and route planning through live coordination and after-action review. Most protection teams still run critical operations on disconnected consumer tools: spreadsheets, WhatsApp and Signal threads, email, and PDFs that were never designed for security work. The result is fragmented information, limited mission visibility, lost operational knowledge, and difficult coordination across complex, multi-site details. AdvanceWork replaces that patchwork with one operational command platform built specifically for executive protection. With AdvanceWork, teams can: - Build structured mission plans with protectees, schedules, routes, venues, team assignments, and risk assessments. - Conduct and document advance work — site assessments, hotel and venue security reviews, route reconnaissance, and local coordination. - Create and distribute standardized operational briefings. - Manage agent assignments, shifts, and deployment across simultaneous operations. - Track protectee profiles, schedules, and security requirements. - Coordinate in real time with operational dashboards, live updates, and a SOC-style command view of active missions and team deployment. - Track personnel, vehicles, and assets with integrated GPS, and receive instant alerts on geofence breaches, schedule changes, and critical incidents. - Capture mission reports, incident documentation, and after-action reviews so operational knowledge is retained between missions. AdvanceWork is built for the organizations responsible for protecting people: corporate security teams, dedicated executive protection programs, private security firms, family offices, and government and dignitary protection units, including state and local law enforcement details. Security is foundational. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is governed by granular role-based permissions, sensitive mission and protectee information is kept in strict data isolation, and the platform runs on hardened, continuously monitored cloud infrastructure. AdvanceWork replaces fragmented workflows with a unified operational platform — purpose-built for the teams responsible for protecting people. Available on web and mobile.
