The most helpful part of the product is when I'm confused on something their support help is great and will help walk you through the problem and also like how it's easy to use with other programs. There are definitely pros and cons to this product and at the end of the day, so far, the cons are slightly outweighing the pros compared to some other management tools we've used in the past as well as currently with this tool. I just started using this tool so I'm still getting used to everything but the product as a whole for whatever reason feels very outdated in terms of UI and their website. Overall a little skeptical of how this will go but our team is going to give it a shot until then. Currently we are looking at this alongside some other management products like Karbon and Canopy and have found them to be easier to use and integrate into our current work processes.
