**What do you like best about adtribute?**

I like being able to see and compare all channels at a glance, which essentially represents the meta-level of customer acquisition. I also appreciate the high level of customizability, especially when new channels are added. The support from Adtribute is also a big plus. The initial setup was super easy because the Adtribute team guided us excellently. They quickly understood our funnel and continue to accommodate our requests for adjustments even after the setup.

**What do you dislike about adtribute?**

We need to maintain Google Sheets for certain channels, which are naturally prone to errors. But that's more because these channels, e.g., podcast ads, don't offer an API – that's not a problem that Adtribute can solve.

**What problems is adtribute solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use adtribute to decide on the ad spend across different channels and to analyze the channels in detail. I see all the channels at a glance, which simplifies the overview of customer acquisition and makes adjustments to new channels easier.

adtribute has given us complete transparency over our marketing attribution. We can see exactly which channels and campaigns are truly performing and can direct our budget specifically to where it brings the greatest ROI. The easy handling and clear dashboards make the daily management of our performance marketing significantly more efficient.

The initial setup and onboarding require some time and technical understanding. Occasionally, one wishes for more pre-made report templates that can be used directly without having to configure everything individually.

As a marketing agency, we had the problem that we didn't know exactly which measures really led to conversions. With adtribute, we can transparently track the entire customer journey and use our budget much more profitably. As a software company, we at KlickTipp appreciate its precision in lead attribution tracking most about adtribute. The accuracy in tracking customer acquisition across multiple touchpoints and adtribute's custom attribution models help us understand the true customer journey and cost of our leads. The platform seamlessly integrates with our existing marketing stack, and the intraday data sync means we can quickly identify which marketing efforts are generating high-quality leads versus just volume. We also like the BI layer of the platform as we can not only analyze acquistion but also metrics like LTV to get a full picture of how valuable certain efforts are in the long run. The customer support team has been exceptional via Slack - they actually understand the complexities of B2B lead attribution and provide technical guidance rather than just basic troubleshooting.

The initial setup can be quite complex due to the platform's extensive customization capabilities, and there's definitely a learning curve involved. However, the support team is exceptional and handles most of the complexity during onboarding while responding quickly to any questions that arise. Given the quality of support we've received, there's honestly not much to complain about - the initial complexity is well worth the flexibility you gain once everything is configured properly.

adtribute solved our core challenge of accurately measuring marketing ROI across our entire customer journey. Previously, we were making budget allocation decisions based on incomplete data. The ability to fully customize every attribute is what makes this software tool stand out. This level of granularity is incredibly valuable for accommodating any individual use case, and it has proven to be particularly beneficial for our business in the supplements sector, where we have a multitude of highly specialized applications. Furthermore, the support is exceptionally fast and competent, which has greatly enhanced our workflow. It supports both our Business Intelligence and Ads Attribution needs, and in my experience, it stands out from comparable solutions due to its exceptional level of customizability. While many other platforms offer rigid or limited reporting options, Adtribute allows us to build tailored dashboards and visualizations

Nothing, really. If there are any wishes on our side, the team is quick to accomodate our needs, usually by adding new KPIs

**What do you like best about adtribute?**

We started using Adtribute.io to get a more accurate view of what’s actually driving conversions, and the biggest standout has been the support and the tailored reporting.

The support team is genuinely hands-on. They’re responsive, clear, and fast solving—when we had questions, we didn’t just get quick replies, we got guidance that helped us understand why we were seeing certain results and what to do next. It feels more like having an attribution partner than just a software vendor.

On the reporting side, what I like best is how customized it is to our needs. Instead of forcing us into generic dashboards, Adtribute helped shape reports around our channels, campaigns, and decision-making process. The reports make it much easier to explain performance internally and align stakeholders, because they present attribution in a way that’s straightforward and easy to interpret.

Also they are very detail-oriented. They normally share Loom video explaining the difficult questions and they are following up on any unsolved or remaining issues 

Overall, Adtribute has helped us move from guesswork and last-click assumptions to a much clearer, more confident view of attribution—and the support has made adoption and ongoing optimization smooth.

**What do you dislike about adtribute?**

we can’t always get the level of “real” granular Amazon data we’d like inside the platform—this seems largely driven by Amazon’s limitations rather than Adtribute itself.

The initial setup can be complex and there’s a learning curve (even though support helps a lot). and they have become less complicated  now

**What problems is adtribute solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adtribute helps us improve performance by clarifying attribution across first-click and last-click, so we can identify the true creative winners at each stage and tailor our ads more effectively.

Better optimization decisions. We can separate:

creatives that are great at generating intent (strong first-click impact), and

creatives that are great at converting intent (strong last-click impact).

Clearer “real winners” across the funnel. With visibility into both models, we’re not accidentally over-investing in ads that only capture demand at the end, or under-valuing creatives that are doing the hard work of creating demand earlier.

More targeted creative strategy. We can tailor ads more effectively because we know which concepts are best for:

awareness/prospecting (first-click winners), and

retargeting / conversion-focused campaigns (last-click winners).

What I really appreciate about adtribute is the team behind it. They’re super responsive, you get fast answers, and if you have a specific request, they actually work on it and implement it quickly. Overall, adtribute gives us a lot more confidence in our data and decisions.

**What do you like best about adtribute?**

In the technical field of performance marketing attribution, there are naturally quite a few complex hurdles. Adtribute manages to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. While some tools might look flashier or offer fancier interfaces, Adtribute stands out for its reliability, accuracy, and, most importantly, the personal touch.

The onboarding was smooth, and their team went above and beyond what was initially agreed upon, especially when it came to clean UTM tracking, lead integration, and technical setup. Support is always responsive and genuinely helpful. You can tell the company is growing, yet the quality of service remains consistently high.

Pricing is also very fair. We have a fixed price model (not performance-based), which fits perfectly for a company of our size. For smaller businesses, a performance-based model might be more attractive, but for us, the flat rate brings clarity and peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about adtribute?**

There’s honestly very little to complain about. As the company grows, new software interfaces and onboarding processes naturally require some extra setup time, especially around connectors and integrations in the beginning.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be to expand the standalone analytics and reporting capabilities. Some larger competitors offer their own dashboards or platforms. That said, using Looker Studio (with Adtribute’s optimized setup) works perfectly well for our needs, and I understand that building a full proprietary UI would be a major development effort.

Adtribute helps us bridge the gap between ad platforms and real business outcomes. A challenge that has only grown more complex with privacy regulations and data limitations in recent years. In essence, Adtribute acts as a clean, independent data layer that connects ad clicks and impressions (for example from Google, Meta and Linkedin Ads) with real conversions such as leads and purchases. It also integrates into our CRM System. This gives us a much clearer and more accurate understanding of which campaigns actually drive results.

It also enables more reliable cohort analysis and long-term performance tracking, which is essential for optimizing our marketing spend and making data-driven decisions. By centralizing attribution data, we can analyze performance across channels without relying solely on platform-reported metrics, which are often biased or incomplete.

The biggest benefit is transparency. We can finally see the full customer journey with confidence, even in a privacy-first landscape.

I appreciate the collaboration with Alex, Justin, and the whole team. They provide quick responses and are always ready to implement our ideas. I also find the extensive customization options of Adtribute great, which prompted us to switch from another product. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to good onboarding.

The plugin for the Meta Add Acc is not very advanced. Sometimes it takes a long time to load, and then there's an update that you weren't aware of. It is quickly resolved and is just a minor issue.

The dashboard can be customized to our needs in every way. The support is extremely accessible, which is a big plus. Whether questions, requests, or occasionally a problem arises, which is really rare, someone is always immediately available via Slack. What I particularly appreciate: If we need new figures or visualizations, it is simply implemented. New marketing channels can also be integrated without any problems. In the end, one thing convinces me above all: the quality of the data.

The stability of the software is not always convincing, as changes occasionally lead to errors in the data. However, it is worth highlighting positively that the support team usually resolves these issues quickly. The user interface of the tool can be designed more attractively.

Very good personal support. Good individual solutions for the integration and presentation of data outside the standardized Ad Manager, e.g., PPS or influencers. Technical integration works flawlessly.

Looker Studio-based dashboards are great because they are individually customizable, but they are also subject to classic Looker Studio pain points, such as the tedious input of the viewing period.

Every e-commerce brand needs an attribution tool that brings transparency to the performance of individual marketing channels. Adtribute can do more. Very good tracking, but more importantly excellent customer support. Whenever I have something specific that I need implementing, the team responds very quickly, and with great detail.

The primary use case is tracking my ad performance, but I also use it to understand my overall marketing better. The precise calculation of the actual profit, the individual customization options, and the strong support/customer service via Slack. All metrics are customizable and tailored to personal needs, also in the Chrome Extension for Meta.

Google Looker Studio is not really fun to use and doesn't look very nice.

Team is on the next level support as well, they can customize and provide you any type of report.

Maybe that the UI is in the looker studio.

**What do you like best about adtribute?**

This software outperforms other attribution tools by a significant margin. I conducted split tests against Northbeam, and it was able to link far more visitors to their existing histories. The business intelligence layer is excellent, offering detailed customization that allows me to analyze performance and data by product line. Additionally, the team is great and highly responsive, and I appreciate having direct access to the founders.

**What do you dislike about adtribute?**

There continue to be classic MTA challenges, such as the undervaluation of top-of-funnel channels like Meta or YouTube. However, this is a common issue stemming from the core logic of how it works.

**What problems is adtribute solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MTA provides valuable insights into attribution accuracy, budget allocation, and business intelligence data. It helps in understanding how resources are distributed and how effectively marketing efforts are attributed, which is essential for making informed business decisions.
