As we are a global company acrosss several countries, and with approx. 9,500 full time employees, complaince is built in and automatic for different jurisdictions. We have UK, US and Israel teams each with different regulations. The platform is also lovely to use as an employee and tax documents are generated and easy to access in the UI. That meant we had to standardize some of our corporate processes and procedures. Also the cost is very high. What problems is ADP Global Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you? Legal complainace is built in so we know it is not a concern when we are audited. This means we avoid penalties should we not comply for any reason. It frees up our staff for other activities.
