As an HR professional, I can appreciate the ease of gathering this information without having to go to our data analytics team. I can customize data to needs and understanding. The storyboards have been great! It's also nice to know customer service is a call away to help you. **What do you dislike about ADP DataCloud?** I wouldn't say that I dislike anything. I would say that sometimes it gives you more information than needed and you have to remember to change settings or you will get reports with way too many fields. **What problems is ADP DataCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a nonprofit organization, often times our grants require information on things such as staff numbers over the years, turnover rates, etc. The DataCloud makes it easy to gather that information for reporting. We recently started looking at pay equity in the organization and I was able to easily pull reports on where we are as well benchmarks from ADP showing where we should be. This was a great starting point that I was able to present to leadership. ### 2. Sometime the customer support is also slow to respond to query and not much helpful. **What problems is ADP DataCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helps for manual reporting where the patform automates the data collection and reporting reducing the time and effort spent on manual processes. It also helps to stay complaint with labor law and regulations providing realtime insights and alerts. ### 5. Our HR and BI teams rely on ADP DataCloud heavily. **What do you dislike about ADP DataCloud?** When an employee exits the company, but still receives a pension, they are listed as an active employee in the system. This is appropriate for HR, but it causes reporting issues for BI. The fact I am able to have everything in one place it's great. I love the fact I can clock in and clock out from my computer, makes it very simple. I am also able to check my paychecks, how many hours I have worked a day or in a week, I am able to see any announcements the HR department may have, and also the fact I can request a Pto electronically without having to fill out a piece of paper is fantastic. Everything is just in one place. **What do you dislike about ADP DataCloud?** The app is only able to show you your paychecks and if you have something scheduled in your calendar, like a Pto, nothing else. I also dislike the fact I am not able to login to my ADP online outside of my office. Sometimes you want to put a Pto or review something like your w2 form at home, and you can't, because you need to be at work. **Recommendations to others considering ADP DataCloud:** I would advice to learn how to use it, so you don't miss any of the very helpful tools and information the web site or the app can provide you. **What problems is ADP DataCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has impacted my work positively, since I don't have to submit my Ptos or my medical hours manually or personally. I just can go online and do it. That helps me at work, because I don't have to go to the HR department. It helps me with my job being more efficient. ### 15.
