5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Adobe analytics is great for being able to create custom components, curate your data, and provide self serve access to business partners. With the drag and drop interface it is fast and easy to create visualizations and dashboards to do full reports it even just pull together an ad-hoc analysis. What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

There are limited options for visualizations, both in terms of the type of visualization and the layout/colour options available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Web Analysis with Room for Integration Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I use Adobe Analytics for work analysis to surface what we collect across web and app user behavior on the front-end. I find the Workspace feature particularly useful as it helps stakeholders access and analyze the data at their fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

I have a lot of legacy implementation and tracking that I want to clean up, but the process is cumbersome and manual. There isn't an easy way to facilitate bulk changes that supports a strategy. It's also limited in terms of integrating with other data sources easily. I feel locked into what we collect on web and app, and I wish there was better support for omnichannel analysis and integrating offline data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Precise Performance Insights and Time Savings with Adobe Analytics"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Using Adobe Analytics has allowed our company to measure performance on a much more precise basis than before. The introduction of AI also helps us collect more information and better understand what we need to do to perform better, as well as what counts as a real improvement. Once we got the hang of it, the program became very easy to use. The pricing feels manageable for what we need, rather than paying for everything Adobe offers. The system performs very well overall, and most employees find the application helpful for saving time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

A lot of the onboarding still requires manual setup, and it’s had a few growing pains compared with our last application. That said, the application integrates well with our other software, so they complement each other nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deep Insights with a Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like Adobe Analytics for its depth of analysis compared to more basic analytics tools. The segmentation capabilities are particularly valuable because they make it possible to quickly break down data by different audiences, traffic sources, or behaviors and uncover patterns that aren't always visible in high-level reports. I appreciate the flexibility in reporting and the ability to build custom dashboards focusing on the metrics that matter most for a specific use case. This makes it much easier to monitor performance, investigate changes in trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Another aspect I find beneficial is the detailed user behavior tracking, which allows me to analyze how users move through the site, where they drop off, and how different campaigns influence engagement. This overall helps support more informed decisions around marketing and user experience improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

One of the main challenges is the learning curve. The platform is extremely powerful, but it can take time to become comfortable with all the features, especially for new users who are not familiar with its interface. Building reports or navigating complex studies sometimes requires a deeper understanding of how the system is structured. Another area that could be improved is usability and speed in some workflows. When working with large datasets or complex segments, reports can occasionally take time to load, which slows down some analysis. Some parts of the interface can also feel a bit overwhelming because of the number of available options. Additionally, setting up and maintaining tracking can require significant technical involvement, which is also an additional investment. Implementing custom events, variables, or integrations often depends on development resources, which can make changes slower and more expensive. Overall, the platform is extremely capable, but simplifying onboarding, improving performance with large datasets, and making certain workflows more intuitive would make the experience even better. "Robust Metrics, But Needs Visualization Enhancements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like the ability of Adobe Analytics to still show data, use calculated metrics, and tailor it for our executive audience and for the UX team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

I wish I could more easily be recommended data visualizations for the data which is being gathered. There are outliers or data in the data warehouse which is not easily displayed in Adobe Analytics, like IP Address. The initial setup was quite involved because we didn't have the business expertise in our team to know what we initially wanted, so it was kind of exploring as we went along. "Detailed Insights, But Challenging Interface"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like Adobe Analytics for its ability to provide deep and detailed insights into user behavior and digital performance. I appreciate its powerful reporting and segmentation capabilities, which make it easier to analyze customer journeys, track KPIs, and identify meaningful trends from large amounts of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

One major aspect that does not always work well for Adobe Analytics is the learning curve and overall complexity of the platform. For new users, the interface navigation can feel a little overwhelming, especially when working with advanced reporting, segmentations, or customer configurations. Another area for improvement is report generation speed and usability. At times, loading large data sets or complex dashboards can take longer than expected. "Essential Tool for In-Depth Website Analysis"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I use Adobe Analytics daily to track our websites, including interactions and page performance. It's a tool that captures page time per second and uses sequential segments to monitor performance efficiently. Everything about Adobe Analytics is valuable to me, especially features like data warehouse, workspaces, data feed, and classifications. The data warehouse is helpful for sending data to various platforms used by analysts. The initial setup was very easy with the help of Adobe consultants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Adding different tables to dimensions, which can be solved by CJA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Data Processing, But Lacks Visualization Power"
1/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I really like the speed of Adobe Analytics as it returns results quickly even with large datasets. I also find the drag-and-drop and no-code features very helpful because they allow business users to explore data with little knowledge of code writing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

I find the visualization flexibility and lack of visual choices in Adobe Analytics frustrating. It's not able to stand alone as a visualization tool, which is why I end up using other tools like Excel, Python, and Power BI. The visuals aren't deck-ready, which is a letdown. "Efficient Website Analytics with Room for Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like how easy it is to tag applications with Adobe Analytics. It automatically captures what users are doing based on those tags and allows us to see the data when it is collected. This makes the process of tracking user activity on our web apps much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

I know this is probably in the works with some of the agenic AI capabilities, but making the tagging easier would be something that is not working well, we have to identify and tag parts of the app, would be nice if that was more automatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
