## Adobe Analytics Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful, flexible and customizable digital analytics tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

After properly tagging the whole site, Adobe Analytics allows me to quickly analyze the customer journey, from high-level metrics down to minor details (e.g., measure the number of clicks of a barely visible CTA). Almost everything can be cross-analyzed by external campaigns and complex/straightforward segmentations.

Flow diagrams help me discover the navigation paths most followed by visitors quickly. I also like the flexibility and the native tools of the workspace interface (e.g., the Copy/Duplicate functions for the reports objects - time-saving when I need to create visualizations that may differ for a small thing).

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Customer support could be improved

Reports accumulate over time; it's not easy to keep them organized. Tags can be added to reports, but having the possibility to organize them in custom directories for me it'd be better.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We better understand marketing channels attribution to focus on the most valuable campaigns. Analyzing the visitor's navigation path, we can suggest to the design team where the website can be improved.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edgar Orlando H. | CX DEv, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

There is a lot of documentation about Adobe Analytics that you can read to understand how Analytics works, and this includes videos and community. Tools like Google Analytics don't give that kind of information for an implementation

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

There are a lot of possibilities while you are using Analytics, which gives you a lot of chance of failing when you are doing an implementation. I would like a 'ease to implement and use' Adobe Analytics

We offer Analytics and Customer Experience solutions, and Adobe Analytics is one of our main tools: it allows us to be more productive, reaching out KPIs and increasing our performance

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I followed the grow track and my favorite part was when Mr. Ben-Ammi described how his company built an engagement metric. I will for sure use this trick with my clients ad I work in a consultancy company.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

At the beginning I joined the LEARN track, that for a 6-months-Adobe user as I am was too simple. I would have liked an introduction on the level of the Experience before the start.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in a consultancy company and Adobe it the most customizable and complete analytics tool. We use it for several customer with apps and e-commerce web site.

Workspace. Adobe workspace is so good for data visualization. We can easily slice and dice data and so analysis.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

There is a steep learning curve present with Adobe Analytics

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unexpected action in your data can be both good and bad. On the one hand, it may mean that a campaign is performing better than expected. But on the other, it can mean that something’s wrong — a bug that’s causing problem, a tagging error, even corporate espionage. Whether the cause of the anomaly is good or bad, identifying it quickly is always good

  ### 15. Adobe Analytics is the best web analytics viz tool in the market

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Extremely easy to start because new users do not need to worry about technical details. Low barrier of entry. New users don't need to do data connections or data cleaning.
Very easy to build beautiful visualization with just clicks of a few buttons.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

It takes a long time to understand web analytics metrics like hit vs visit vs visitor. It gets worse when building a segment and containers when you have a visit container within a hit container, for example.
There are no definitive source of easy-to-understand guide on advanced metrics and concepts.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Analytics is always looking to add new features that provide key insights while not requiring users to spend time building themselves. Best examples are Fallout and Flow visualization. They are invaluable and literally require little Adobe Analytics skills. Very good tools for executives when time is limited but advanced insights are needed.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Funnel reporting is advanced. You can create your custom path very easily and see the data.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

You tend to doubt the data. As a former Google Analytics user, I never had problems trusting the data. I was more focused on analyzing it than validating if it was the correct variable. Implementation requires more people, i.e. adds costs.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Custom paths, it is really good in you want to dive deep into customer's paths, and it is quite intuitive to create funnels. The drag and drop variables are easy to use.

There is a lot of flexibility in the tool and I have the freedom to create custom metrics to my choosing. Once i learnt the basic functionality it became easy to create the dashboards that I needed for insight.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Adobe analytics doesn't work too well on single-page applications. I would like to see how users interact on a single page and the key frustration points. Page views alone is not enough.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Analytics allows me to validate user behaviour on our webpages. It allows us to see which webpages receive the most traffic and how this is broken down by segment.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Adobe Analytics is not only a digital analytics tool but also a BI tool that helps you analyze data from the business while combining it with product performance data. The most significant assets are the ease of use and the many ways dashboards and reports can be shared.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

To get relevant data in the platform, as with other Digital Analytics tools, we must ensure that data is collected consistently. It is hard sometimes to have accurate data with low maintenance.

The intuition and ease of use of Adobe Analytics help me work with stakeholders from different teams in the company. Then they can make better-informed business decisions.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Upon first use, Adobe Analytics feels pretty intuitive to use. Compared to other analytics platforms, the UI doesn't feel as bloated. The learning tracks are also well defined.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

The learning tracks, while well defined, can not be accessed without logging in to Adobe. This makes it difficult for self-taught individuals to get familiar with Adobe Analytics.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Custom attribution modeling is currently one of the main strengths of Adobe Analytics. The native connectors with other visualization tools make Adobe Analytics a great data source across the organization.

  ### 26. Adobe Analytics Power User - It has its moments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cat C. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

The ease of the interface, how quickly I can generate a report. And analysis of data is very user friendly. Online resources are also easy to find and navigate.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjeev S. | Search Engine Optimization Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I have been working as an SEO executive for 1+ years. I've used practically all of the leading online analytics tools, and I'd say Adobe is the most comprehensive of them all. I'm now utilising the tool for a good traffic website having 50k+ monthly users. The tool has a simple and intuitive UI and gives a baseline architecture that you may adapt according to your requirements. It comes with an in-built workspace, which is a drag-and-drop canvas for custom analysis and visualisations. This includes a lot of amazing tools/features in its interface, and you'll have to learn and figure out what can be useful for your business. Working on workspace projects is simple for marketers and non-marketers alike. The tool is always being improved to provide the most up-to-date features and an intuitive user interface.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Individual customisation has a limited range of options. For easy and quick discovery, I'd prefer to organise my own segments. I'd also like to be able to customise the colour of panels, charts, and other elements. Report loading speed should also be enhanced.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Analytics reports to look at traffic sources, trends in page views, and the user’s navigation on the website. I utilise these insights to improve the user’s average time on page, the content and style of the site.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raawi M. | Lead Digital Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Adobe Analytics is always the best tool as it gets updated every month, there are release notes and you get 24/7 amazing support.
It allows you to capture data in multiple report suites, you can use hardcoding or dynamic method, it is very flexible and also Launch is open source now.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I believe they are very slow in implementing the feature requests, although customers can submit ideas/feature requeests but it depends on the engineering and product team if/when it will be implemented, but I believe they can do a better job at communicating it to the customers.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

Adobe Analytics is an amazing tool to get trended and behavioral data, I believe it can be paired with Hotjar or Decibel which can play sessions and we can see which section is the user most interested in, are they clicking on areas that do not have a CTA, because of Adobe we get the numbers so we can truly get a sense of which functionality we need to devote the time and resources to and which are very lightly used and just need maintenance and not much growth or improvement.

Somebody passionate and willing to explore can learn so much if they love to explore, definitely worth it as it can be extremely useful. It is such a powerful tool with so many built-in dashboards: Standard, Custom and even Tutorials

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe we extensively use Classifications to import metadata which helps us understand the data in a much better manner. It serves as a mapping table like we have a company name and company code. revenue .

This tool also helps us in understanding Marketing Channels, which gives us a good view of how we acquired the customers and we can focus more on channels that are not performing so well.

  ### 33. Adaptive & Stellar Analytics Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raawi M. | Senior Tagging & Implementation Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

The best part about Adobe Analytics is that it is very adaptive and you can have as many integrations as you require, they have data sources, data connectors, and customer attributes. They also have Data Warehouse and Data Feeds to send data to internal data warehouses and to merge everything with the CRM Databases, with Analysis Workspace, the amount of flexibility being offered is amazing. We can generate different attribution reports even though the admin console has a set attribution model for a particular variable, there are so many visualizations, and fallout and flow reports to understand the data and to tell a story.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I believe everything in the tool is to love for, the only feature that I would like is they should offer a trial or a testing account so that users can get a feel of the product, so like Google Analytics is easy to use and experience by anyone who wants to learn, it should be same for Adobe, as currently, they do not have any such environments available for people who are not a customer

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

I understand that Google Analytics is free but Adobe Analytics is a stellar product, it allows you to customize your implementation to a great level. As a B2B Marketer, Amazon Experience Cloud's ability to comprehensively track performance analytics, and optimize user journey experience across the different platforms to power our conversion funnel is what I like the best about all the interconnected applications of Adobe Experience Cloud that works in perfect synergy.

Requires a lot of effort to learn and understand the tools to make the best use when compared to other pre-built easy-to onboard tools out there in the market. Complications and lack of support to integrate with non-Adobe tools to gather further data of customer journey.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I'm a marketing ops manager who has to report on the analytics for campaigns, the website traffic and monitoring the KPIs and making decisions based on them. The analytics provided in a clear, intuitive and simplistic manner has helped me in my daily reporting a lot. Coming from a computer science background and not being a core marketing person I'm confident to say that the tool is easy to use and has a very small learning curve which would really help people from different backgrounds.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Although the insights and the reports generated by the tool are good enough but they can be more comprehensive and should allow people to have the ability to customize segments so they can focus on the channels that they are interested in rather than the generic insights that most of the tools these days are providing.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with Marketo and the ability to feed leads into the CRM has been a great help as it's a unified platform and people are moving from a distributed Martech stack to a more unified approach.

UX, drag and drop principle, and report sending to specific email on specific time.

  ### 46. Customizable and Powerful Analytics Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark P. | Senior Business Intelligence Manager at Sky Betting and Gaming, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Extremely customizable in terms of the way it captures the data and how it can be configured in a way specifically for a business needs.
The ability to breakdown virtually any variable by anything else means deep dives are quick and easy making in-tool analysis quick and easy.
Some of the more advanced features such as the in-tool AI, anomoly detection etc... can put some powerful tools at analysts and marketeers fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

The fact it is so customizable makes implementation more complicated. And it is impossible to find comprehensive documentation because it can be used and implemented differently across companies. This all makes the learning curve for Adobe Analytics is steeper than some counterparts which often puts stakeholders off.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding how our users use our products and off the back of that we are improving what we design and build for our customers.
It influences our marketing and measuring success of our marketing efforts.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visit-based problems

  ### 49. Adobe is providing Insights from a recognized source with stellar reputation.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry A. | Dir/PMO/IT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Adobe provides a simple and powerful tool for collecting and sharing information. The tool can help analyze data effectively. It provides valuable insight into the area being parsed. Also in that same sphere the tool provides you the ability to quickly and efficiently parse through data from multiple sources. the only catch is that you need to understand how to cleanly and effectively gather data from multiple sources which is a more difficult job than it seems. Keep in mind that in addition to great software you have an excelent team behind the curtain to help with your implemenattion and execution of the product.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I was troubled by the inability to differentiate data sets. I wanted to have more flexibility in deciding what data is valuable and which is not. The interface for the dashboard was sub´optimal and therefore we did not employ in production. We found the interface to be difficult to manuever and not efficient in its implementation. Overall it was difficult to use the APIs to map our existing data structures to the adobe format but we were able to complete the process wth Adobe´s help. The last note on what we were less than impressed with was the cost structure. The original deal was heavily waited on data consumption and this was difficult as we have too much to overcome before wecould be efficient. Instead we were able to work with the team to gain better terms.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

I highly recommend the product because it integrates with Adobe QC and other items from the family of products. It also has ways to be able to extract data from most DB´s. You should make sure that any data that you want to parse is in strucutres supported by Adobe and its family of software, doing so will speed up the process immensly and provide for a smoother transition from whatever you were using before. I am most excited about the upcomming release f the product as it provides new and exciting features.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool allows better market segmentation and improved understanding of customers. It also increases your competitive advantage in the markeplace. Overall it provides excellent value for the cost. Once we conducted a comparison, it was evident that the product offered excellent value. We were also working to gain better customer retention and imrpove turns in the online enviornment. The tool was able to help us better gauage our customers and provide more valuable products and services. We hope to continue to use the software to improve our overall ability to gain and retain new customers as well a netter understand the needs and expectations of consumers.

  ### 50. Adobe Analytics Workspace

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I like the tagging features and being able to quickly put segments together. I also like the quickness of freeform tables.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Limitations of exporting workspace visualizations raw data. Limitations in flow and funnel visualizations of putting in specific information.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving quick Ad Hoc analyses and understand our purchase path a little bit better and some friction points helpful.
