Clara Health is an AI-powered clinical workflow platform built specifically for psychotherapists and mental health practices. It helps clinicians transform therapy sessions, dictation and existing patient documents into structured, review-ready documentation, reducing repetitive administrative work while keeping therapists in control. With Clara, psychotherapists can record in-person or online sessions, upload existing recordings, dictate memory protocols and add source materials such as PDFs, Word documents or photos of handwritten notes. Clara transcribes spoken content, distinguishes between speakers and creates structured session-note drafts based on customizable templates. Every draft can be reviewed, edited and approved by the therapist before it becomes part of the patient record. Clara goes beyond AI transcription. It connects documentation across the course of treatment, helping therapists prepare for upcoming appointments and keep important topics, agreements, tasks and next steps accessible. Its reporting workflow combines selected session notes, patient information and existing documents into editable PTV-3 report drafts for initial, conversion and continuation applications. Clara supports behavior therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy and systemic therapy. It can also highlight missing formal information before a report is released. A patient-context AI assistant helps therapists work with existing case information, refine documents and create new drafts without reconstructing the context from scratch. Clara’s clinical dictation feature can also be used to capture professional text within existing workflows. Clara is designed for privacy-sensitive healthcare environments. Patient documentation is stored permanently on the user’s device. Selected data is processed temporarily on C5-certified infrastructure in the EU and patient data is not used to train AI models.
