Lat time when I was enrolling student I was not able to generate the U report for the student.So I mailed and checked one of the wisenet team .So he responded very quickly and cleared the issue in well manner. Not to acccomodate all of the organisations requirements and little cooperation from production staff to achieve a satisfactory ourcome.
