What do you like best about Wisenet?

Wisenet is super easy to use and to understand, from creating the offers for the students, updating their details, sending the emails to the students, it has been a very good experience for me.

What do you dislike about Wisenet?

What do you like best about Wisenet?

Multi-functional learner management system.

Provides quick access to learner details.

Generates courses, certificates and tasks for full lifecycle of learners through a course of study. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisenet?

Opaque help sites that require clarification from staff.

Fields for entry of information are numbered in error reports but not in the system itself leading to confusion when problems crop up.

UI can be twitchy, with some odd design choices.

Sometimes does not load full functionality in one go, and needs to be refreshed multiple times to complete tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wisenet provides a relativley robust user management and reporting system to track the progress of learners, report to stakeholders, and create certificates and qualifications at the end of a course of study.

The best part is that Wisenet has a friendly interface where we can easily store the all data in their LMS system to secure students' information. What do you like best about Wisenet?

We use Wisenet for the majority of our students and it is a great place to store student information and progress.

What do you dislike about Wisenet?

The only thing that I would like is for the reporting (or the running of reports) to be easier to do.

Perhaps some hot keys or some quick clicks for certain reports or a "history comand" that will bring up the last report function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wisenet?

Cloud-based training management tool, which means we don't have to deal with hosting or maintenance issues.

The available functionalities make it an ideal out-of-the-box turnkey solution for us. It is fairly easy to use and implement across the organisation. The integration with our Moodle instance works really well. I have to comment on the responsive support team from Wisenet, which is always available to assist and support.
