Acuity AutoRedact Reviews & Product Details

Acuity AutoRedact is AI-powered redaction software that removes personally identifiable information from documents and videos. It detects and obscures faces, names, addresses, ID numbers, and other sensitive data in text, images, and video footage. Supporting formats like PDFs, Office files, emails, images, and videos, it enables bulk uploads, automatic detection, and user-controlled redaction via a review interface. Video redaction identifies individuals and vehicles, allowing selective visibility. The platform secures data with AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 transmission, and a "Process and Purge" policy that deletes files within 24 hours. Operating within UK/EU infrastructure, it complies with UK GDPR, ensuring data sovereignty. Acuity AutoRedact does not use uploaded data for AI training, generates audit logs for transparency, and supports Data Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information disclosures.
